For best results just go to Cravin' Crab Haus the best in town in riverside off of university exit make the meal worth it. Sauce was water down no point of the sauce. Don't recommend no one here, waste of money

We had a party of 6 3 adults and 3 kids and automatically got charged a gratuity fee.. but what topped it is the restaurant charging a gratuity on top of the for the restaurant so like a total of 38% for tip getting taken out? Ridiculous that is honestly insane to do that on top of a percentage you already charged us for a server lol. Especially cause the kids got kids meals. ??‍♀️

Dont eat or work here. The place is hell to work in, they have favoritism and purposely try to get you fired, people have been in and out because of the way they run things employees drop seafood on the dirty ground in the back that they step in and serve it to you "fresh" seafood alright that stays in the fridge for a months before they throw it away they will serve expired seafood!

Today I had my sister, her husband and there 3 teenagers visit us from Inglewood Ca. Last time they came over we ate here too. Since they liked it we decided to go back. It was a total of 7 of us. 4 of had seafood my wife had breaded shrimp and fries. Two was 3pcs chicken strips and fries. We all got our food except for the 2 orders of chicken strips and fries. Waitress did say it was coming out that they were backed up. We said ok little that we know that 25-30 mins later they would bring them out. After the fact of waiting I asked the waitress if she knew how much longer for the food. She said let me go ask. She went straight to the bathroom. After a while came out and was talking to 2 coworkers they looked confused. Like they had forgotten. She came over and said 2 more minutes. About 8-10mins later we got their food. We are used to eating together as a family. So our food was cold. They gave them the wrong fries they ordered lemon pepper they got regular. I told the waitress she said she can take em back and remake em. I asked her if they leave em. And just bring a side of the fries they ordered. Because of the fact that we had been waiting. Waitress said she can bring them fries or just the seasoning they use. I said just bring the seasoning. Manager told the waitress she was going to give a discount on the chicken strips. Bill came out to $360.89 discount was $3.60 it’s not the discount that pushed me to leave a review it was how they handled it. Manager never came to talk to us all we wanted was to eat at the same time we understand sometimes it takes longer. But that amount of time honestly is not right especially for the amount we paid. My wife and I have been there several times. Still going back because it is good. This is just feed back and hopefully it can help them. I forgot to mention the waitress was nice and polite

Don't order online. I'm from Irvine. I called for order and they left out the crawfish from my "prepare your trap". I called multiple times and it wasn't busy when I just picked up food from them. They finally picked up after 6 calls. And told me to drive all the way back so they can give me crawfish. My food already got cold. I wouldn't recommend ordering online. Maybe in person and eating there is different. But I wasn't happy. Drove home with half cold food and wasted gas driving all the way back. Should had just gotten a refund.

I JUST left this place. These people have no business boiling seafood. I say this as a Louisiana native who has been to boils at folks homes that were 1000x better. I got 1lb of blue crab (spice level hot) and they were completely overcooked. Claw meat looked like fiberglass and the rest was so mushy you could barely eat it. For "hot" to be their highest spice level, it was unremarkable- mild at best. The seafood itself is bland. As seen on their Instagram, they add "seasoning" after boiling instead of IN the boil. I would be surprised if these people even know what Cajun cuisine actually is. The servers have no clue where the restaurant sources their seafood... they were nice though.
