I had the pleasure of witnessing an exceptional act of professionalism at a local establishment, and I feel compelled to commend Caprice, whose impeccable service and attention to detail truly stood out.

During my visit, another customer mistakenly picked up my drink, walked out, and returned to place it back on the counter. Caprice, who was sitting nearby folding boxes, immediately noticed this and without hesitation, informed the barista to remake the drink, unaware that I had observed the entire situation. It was clear the barista was reluctant to do so, but Caprice, with remarkable initiative, stepped behind the counter herself and remade the drink, calling out my name once it was ready.

Caprice's swift and thoughtful actions not only ensured my experience was flawless, but she also demonstrated a level of responsibility and care that could easily elevate her to the position of store manager. Her quick thinking saved the establishment from a potential issue, and it is clear she has the leadership qualities necessary to run the operation.

For this reason, I will certainly return. Well done, Caprice—your professionalism has earned a loyal customer.

A small store with an awkward counter for ordering. The scones are good and fresh daily. I'm absolutely fascinated that the prices are not posted. You don't know what you are paying until they tell you at the register. I'm not sure if this is kosher with weights and measures.

If you want overpriced dry scones and waterted down tea/lemonade drink this is the place to go. $15 for a dry flavorless scone and a drink is ridiculous.

Scones and coffee are a 10/10! Customer service sucks, some of the girls who work here have horrible customer service. No greetings, attitudes if you need your scone on a plate. Giving this place a 3 simply due to their ugly customer service.

Best Scones in California! They’re making them fresh by the minute here, so many amazing options as well as freshly roasted coffee, would be a great place to catch up on some work or relax with a book and a cup of tea and a snack. I’m giving an overall 12/10 rating this place is great!

This was our first time visiting The Crafted Scone and could not be more impressed! The coffee was great and I was honestly surprised by the variety of scones- I was expecting maybe 4 regular flavors and 1 or 2 vegan or gluten free- there's like over 2 dozen total i think?? (One of the young ladies told me the bakers just make whatever flavors they want so they have some rotation, I think they had roughly 28 flavors when we were actually there and I heard mention of 2 others and saw a baker making a third). We only tried the Maple Pecan and I wouldn't call myself an expert in scones but I would definitely say that that has to be a perfect scone- it was so good my husband basically stole the whole thing and only left me with 2 bites!! ? He said "it was so good and I got lost in the music...it was like that scene in Ratatouille and I got transported back to childhood too." And the service is by far some of the best we have gotten. The young lady who was on the register was training her second shift and doing so well and any questions she couldn't answer the others who were doing other tasks but obviously were keeping an ear out for her if she were to need assistance were quick to step up to help answer for her. And more than that when I asked a question about the sweetness of a latte they even provided alternatives to keeping the flavor but adjusting the level of sweetness to my preferences without having to sub out for sugar free vanilla (which in my opinion doesn't taste like vanilla and was my next question if the SF vanilla would taste the same that I didn't even have to ask before the young lady provided that information). I absolutely love how knowledgeable they were and how ready they were to already offer alternatives and expand suggestions based on our current order. Normally we are the type to order to go so we can leave immediately but everyone had such positive attitudes we actually stuck around to sit and enjoy our coffees and share our scone in the corner. My husband said they looked like they were so happy and having so much fun that he almost wanted to work there too. All in all I think this has to be the most enjoyable coffee shop we've been to. We are definitely excited to go back again and try something new next time!

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, vegan, and keto scones. Alternative dairy options. Lots of sugar free flavor options for drinks.

All in all, The Crafted Scone is a welcome change from the Starbucks that it replaced.Everything I tried was absolutely delicious! They have samples, which helped me to decide on getting the Salted Vanilla Brown Sugar scone (which all but one person in my group agreed was their favorite).Out of everything I tried, I'd rank thus:Salted Vanilla Brown SugarBlueberryLemon Blueberry eggy thing (can't remember what it was called)Vanilla BeanApple CrumbService was excellent, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the bathroom was even stocked with Charmin toilet paper.

Vegetarian options: Vegan was labeled, but not vegetarian. However, the staff were extremely knowledgeable about the ingredients, so just ask them!

Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free, vegan, and keto options. And the gluten-free scones I tasted were delicious, this coming from someone who doesn't have that dietary restriction.

Parking: It's Old Town Temecula, so of course parking is scarce. But the shop is located right next to a small parking lot and across the street from an even larger one.

Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible.
