Delicious food. Great deals on specials. Vegan options... just order the veggie burger without cheese and grilled onions. Friendly staff.

Ignorant people working weren't able to honor their offer from The Habit App. No clue and barely spoke English.

Food is decent BUT cost is way way above board for what it is and therefore a recommended great once in a while.
Chicken sandwich is over $10, and the chicken does not even cover the bun area as well as being extremely thin sliced and this is the 3rd sandwich that has been prepared this way. Additional toppings are extremely overpriced.
This reminds me of how bad Farmers boys has become with value to quality as well.
A combo meal is 18? Again extremely overpriced.
In n out is a far better value for your dollar. Customer service is better there still also.
If thats too expensive, McDonald's just announced today they are lowering prices for their combo meals because they realized how overpriced they have become.
Despite The Habit winning the #1 burger review, they need to do better overall.

My order was bumped off the screen and I waited over ten minutes for them to tell me that
Staff was not very helpful or understanding. Charged me extra and then told me too bad they couldn't fix it.
Can't wait until they stop using seed oils

The habit I go to closes at 7 pm. We have a huge homeless, crime problem so a lot of our fast food places switch to drive through after dark, and in this case they just close it. Their food is good, but really expensive for fast food (however with the minimum wage being so high, the other places are catching up cost wise). I usually only get the sides, I special order my burger and have received it wrong too many times to chance it. I love the tempura green beans, sweet potato fries and onion rings. As for atmosphere, I'm never early enough to go inside, so I left it blank

Very kind and hard-working staff at this location.
Went during late afternoon and they were not that busy. When it came to getting our food they had given us everything but no utensils and no ranch even though we added it to the order and paid extra for it. When we asked for the ranch we were told we have to pay for it. When telling them that we already paid for it what I presume to be the manager fought back. This is not my first experience with this same manager at this location with the same situation. If giving your customers the ranch they paid for is this hard your establishment obviously has some other issues. Additionally when asking for utensils to eat the salad we had ordered we were given a strange look and questioned. I dont understand when giving ranch and utensils was going to be the downfall for a restaurant to go into bankruptcy but apparently thats how this manager feels its going happen.
I arrived at 930pm on 5/23/25 and the restaurant was filled with customers and there were people still waiting on food yet the door was locked. The restaurant is supposed to be open until 10pm. I knocked on the door and an elderly lady whom works there came to the door and said “we are closed.” I’ve never been turned away for service before during operating hours. I’m assuming they locked the doors for the workers to leave work on time when their shift is supposed to end. We all get busy at work, we all leave past the time we are supposed to finish by. When a customer expects a business to be open upon arrival just to find out it’s not, is inconvenient and a waste of time. Maybe change your hours on your door to a different time for customers if you want to close early so we aren’t wasting our time after we finish our work day to dive there to order dinner just for it to be “open” but locked preventing anyone else from entering. I won’t be returning to this location again, and will give my business to your competitors in the area. What a shame.
