I went to the lake elsinore location the service was amazing super friendly they make you feel like family,, ice-cream was delicious,, I've been there a few time's for the apple with tamarindo let me tell you it's beyond delicious I'm definitely gonna keep coming back! My for ever favorite spot to go to🙏🏻

Very expensive and the employees are very misunderstanding. I told them 4 scope ice cream together then he made separate the scoop 2 by 2 because for more charge and more money. But i will never back again there is too many ice cream shops

We ordered a chicharrón with the toppings and the lettuce was chopped in big chunks! The chicharrón was soggy and almost like jello. The corn in a cup had way too much cheese. The ice creams were delish, can’t complain there.

I give this place 3 stars even though this place deserves 5. This is why i give it 3. This is the second time I’ve gone to this place & it’s closed before the closing time . If they close at 8 on Saturdays then you might want to change your hours online.

Came in yesterday afternoon and brought an order of tostitos locos. They were on point portion was good had enough chamoy,lemon and candy but I come back tonight and it seemed like they put half a bag of chips in and like maybe 5 pieces of the candy and hardly any chamoy or Limon. For almost $9 I expect more for my buck. I understand it maybe the person doing it but the portion should be always the same as they are supposed to all make it the same. Would probably be a while for us to come back and try them again.

So sad to give this place 2 stars. I’ve been here twice and both times have disappointed. The employees are very nice and the place is very clean. Unfortunately the first time I got the corn and it was made with sour cream. I’ve never had it with sour cream ever!!! Ok, not a huge deal, but it was not good. Then I came in and got some nachos and both nachos were STALE and almost tasted soggy. Sooooo gross. I threw them both out. I’ve spent around $30 both times and it’s been a total waste. I won’t be coming back. The paletas were ok. The horchata ones tasted like undercooked rice. Don’t believe me? Try it for yourselves. The shakes were good according to my husband.

TERRIBLY sad to even give this place 3 stars but i’ve been going here since they first opened. My family LOVED this place, I follow them on instagram I recommend them to everyone I know but unfortunately they have let me down :( not only is the fruit very dry? probably pre cut and left out; but i’ve also noticed they keep giving smaller portions on everything, which honestly I don’t mind especially in these hard times i understand the price changes going up there and reductions but the other day I ordered tostilocos and wow.. The box was not even halfway filled. I really thought it was just a honest mistake so we let them know and showed them but they said “this is how we do it”.. and just left it at that. Like i’ve said i’ve been coming here a long time. YEARS so I know the usual amount :/ just very dissapointed and sad to how this place is turning out as of late :(
