The only reason why I'm giving the four stars is because they we're out of a few things like the menu items that we had wanted and the soda machine was only about 50% functional. Service was prompt and polite, food was not disappointing, but..... perhaps a little on the expensive side? We got the basic bahn mis, but they were out of one of the meat ingredients. My son's favorite was the honey barbecue wings, the sauce was very good on those. Like most restaurants, you got to try them once.

Went here when they first opened and was very happy with the food. Excellent taste and big portions. Went back today and it was just ok. Small portions and the quality just wasn't the same. Basically paid 21 bucks for a box of lettuce with a little bit of noodles and chicken

Wings were pretty good but everything else but expected a little better. Chicken and waffles threw me off a little bit. Was expecting more of a homemade vibe rather than a eggo waffle. Chicken had sprinkles on it and tasted a little off. Was really expensive for what it was

Good food, the ribeye skewers are really good. The meat overall is mega tasty the marinade is good. Chicken wings were not juicy but the sauces were good. Everything is expensive.

Garlic fries were delicious! I’m the amount given was generous, the wife and I didn’t finish them ( we definitely took the rest home). The cilantro Parmesan dipping sauce was also very good.
Wings: we tried the salt and pepper wings which were good, definitely a little on the salty side but also reminded us of pho. 5/5
Ube wings: sweet and savory at the same time. Never had anything like it before and thought the ube dry rub they created was GENIUS! 10/10!
Pork bahn mi: we split one (forgot to take a picture) but it was big enough for us to share. Bread was soft, veggies were generous and the pork was a very thick cut portion. Wish it was cooked a little bit more but still very good. 4.4/5
Melon drink: they gave us a free sample and was immediately hooked. Very tasty! 5/5
Service was amazing: 5/5
Would definitely recommend and am planning to go to try the other items!

Ordered a $15 ribeye sandwich and asked for a little extra aïoli sauce on my sandwich and was told it was going to be $1.50 extra right off the bat that’s insane Get my sandwich and all the cilantro is slimy And black probably not even safe to eat I’ve thrown cilantro away in my fridge that have been in there for two weeks that looks better than that would not recommend this to anybody if you don’t want to get sick

Finally, a Banh Mi place in Temecula Valley that actually makes good Banh Mi, albeit fusion. Very good option for a sandwich fix with great chicken wing options as well. Highly recommend the lemon pepper.

Really wanted this place to meet expectations but did not. Floors are dirty seating is dirty and uncomfortable food took very long to come out and was just not up to par. Don’t think I would give it a second chance but we will see.

The food! I have ribeye and shrimp on fires. It was some kind of Asian fusion. Soooooo freaking good. The young man at the front was super cool and him and the folks that work there (possibly family) had such a good vibe together. I love this place and can’t wait to bring my friends and family. Oh, and the watermelon/passion fruit drink was soooo good.

One of our new favorite spots!
Growing up eating bánh mì, I consider myself to be an expert and this place did not disappoint. From the pickled veggies to French baguette, it was pretty close to the authentic ones you'd find in Vietnam. I highly recommend any of the flavors because their house aioli is the best part!
* Uma Mì: 10/10 - the grilled ribeye was super tasty
* Thai Tea: 9/10 - not to sweet and refreshing
The worker there was really friendly and attentive! He brought our food to us even though we were going to take it to-go. The interior is also pretty spacious with a a good amount of tables and seating. It's located in a pretty large plaza so finding a parking spot shouldn't be a problem. One thing to keep in mind is that the prices are a bit high for bánh mì. Nevertheless, we'll definitely be back to try their Wingz and other menu items!
Highly recommend stopping by! :)
Parking: Located in a large plaza so plenty of parking

I ordered the umami banh mi with shrimp spring rolls.
I'm always in the hunt for good banh mi. Overall I thought the flavors were great, the beef was well seasoned and umami-sweet like bulgogi. I've noticed before that some places are just generally heavier on the carrot in their pickle mix, it might be style or preference. I prefer at least a 50-50 of carrot to daikon, as the daikon adds that refreshing moisture. My banh from here was almost exclusively carrot, and it didn't seem like it had enough time to pickle. The banh mi had a heavy helping of beef (no complaints there), but without the balance of more pickle to cut through the fattiness intensity I found myself taking water breaks just to cleanse my palette.
The spring rolls, like the banh mi, didn't skimp on ingredients. These puppies were giant, some of the biggest I've ever had. The problem here is that it was almost too much, too big for my mouth even. Inevitably when you make spring rolls with too much filling, your rice wrapper tears (both of mine had tears in the middle). I wouldn't mind if they made these a little smaller so they're more manageable, easier to dip and easier to eat. Despite that these had two highlights: they put in whole shrimp (most places cut them in half), and the peanut sauce was really good.
Overall, I love their flavors, and their willingness to not Penny pinch on portions, however from what I had this time, I felt they should scale back a little for the sake of balance. I'm eager to try their wingz.

Saw a video about this place on Instagram and the wings looked amazing so we stopped in for lunch ! Highly recommended online and in store is the “lemon pepper” wings. We were more attracted to the “tamarind Thai” wings so we ordered those. They were DELICIOUS! The Thai sauce was sweet and the wings were so crispy on the outside but tender on the inside - they were definitely my favorite item ! We also shared the garlic noodles and added chicken. They were good and better plain (next time we won’t order a meat on them). We then got an order of egg rolls to try. They came with carrots and sauce and were crispy and had nice flavor. Lastly me and my bf split the “chop chop” which is pork chop with rice and an egg on top. It was good but was a little hard to eat with plastic. The food portions were great but we ate there and it was hard to eat from the to go boxes they were served in. Again, we also used plastic utensils. We got small baby baskets to use as plates but it wasn’t enough for the food we ordered. We spent a total of $55 for everything. All in all- we are glad we tried it and will definitely be back to try the other wing flavors.
