So this place used to be a Yogurtland. At some point they lost their franchise rights or gave them up now they are "Yogurt Lounge"Flavors of their products are subpar and my wife complained that her yogurt had a chemical aftertaste to it as if the machines had not been thoroughly rinsed after their last cleaning. Prices have also gone up. We won't be returning.

Yogurtland is excellent, especially when they have their BOGO campaign! There is always at least two flavors available that completely satisfy my taste, and the topping are over the top! Coconut and Mochi Bits are my favorites when paired with one cream flavor and one fruity and tart flavor. Definitely my favorite frozen yogurt shop, and the prices are reasonable

You know, as someone who's been both a consumer and in corporation's management, a huge part of the problem is the lack of personal level service and concern when it comes to customer concerns and issues with a business or their practices; Yogurtland displays much of the generic "risk management/damage control" responses that all companies seem to operate on- lack of personal level accountability and treatment of its patrons- and it shows in every one of the responses on here. The robotic "Sorry, email us, we'll get right on it" repeated to the exact line towards each customer is troubling- you've read the issues and you've read the complaints- ACT ON THEM- don't make someone repeat simple English back to you in an unnecessary email!... copy and paste to your company files: you do your job and the work, don't make it necessary for people to have to repeat their complaints. Why have the same response to different customers and different issues?, because in actuality, customer care doesn't- and that's reality, and it's proven with every complaint and response here; your customers deserve better for their hard earned money- it's a food service and consumption place for that matter- people's health and wellness depends on your cleanliness and sanitary conditions of your establishment so they can avoid becoming ill from your yogurt and toppings being consumed.Take responsibility, do your own work to fix what's wrong, or you're out of business- plain and simple.

The place is a mess!!! Super dirty needs a lot of cleaning done. Windows are a mess as well. Floors are disgusting smh.

I love Yogurtland. But today Thursday, April 20th was different. Employees are nice and was greeted.Yogurt was great. But one of the toppings that I've choosen was either expired or just left out long enough that it went bad after its been opened (Hershey's 0 Sugar).I ended up puking after our visit to this location once when I got home as I had an uneasy gut feeling. Please check your products. Especially those that need refrigeration after opening. Please Throw away anything that is or has gone bad.
Called on 3/22 to ask about BOGO special. Employee confirmed they are honoring the special Mon thru Thurs. Arrived 3/23 (Thurs) with the family and when we went to pay, they charged us full price stating they do not honor the special on Thursdays. WTF? Shady. I blame the management not the teenagers working the counter. Update: Yogurtland reached out and handled things properly. I appreciate a business that takes responsibility and quickly resolves issues.

I don't know what happened to this place I've been coming here for years. Within the last year it has gone way down since the owners have been working there in the morning. The man is always behind the counter and they don't have the peanut butter sauce anymore. Usually they are out of the same toppings like today. The magic shell topping wasn't turned on again so that topping was too cold to come out. The hot fudge I got the last few squirts and he didn't offer to go fill it. Once paid I went to get water and that was out of water again. This isn't the first time that this happened usually it's one or two things but today was all 4. They don't seem to care. I may have yo find a new place!!

I like that there are so many selections, but all the yogurt we have tried tastes like bleach or soap. We won't be back as this has happened twice.

So we came here half an hour before they closed and my four year old needed to pee. The boy didn’t let our toddler pee even though she was about to pee herself because they had already cleaned it. Ridiculous. He didn’t even seem sorry to anything. Never coming here again.

What....no whip cream??? Outrageous!! Note to management.....if 2 or more of your flavors are out OR the most popular add-ons.....you should warn your clients with a note on the door. I should have walked out.
