Top notch service and the food is so so good. We had a little mix up with our reservation so they gave us prosecco while we waited and then a free appetizer. I've lived in Napa for 20 years and the service at restaurants in the valley has gone down significantly, but A16 literally restored hope for the old Napa with high end service. We had the meatballs to start and they have the most amazing texture and flavor. We had the vesuvio pizza which was 10/10. Then we had the cavatelli pasta which was ok, but I'm not a red sauce pasta person. Overall excellent experience and you should go.

I went here with my Fiance for the first time couple weeks ago, my initial thought was just how incredibly clean and bright the atmosphere was, such a cute and trendy place for a meal, I really enjoyed it. Our waiter was so friendly and welcoming, he made us feel really taken care are, he had such a warm vibe to him, we really appreciated it. First off I am not really an Italian food kind of guy but my fiance really wanted me to try this place and boy was I surprised, the food was absolutely incredible! I ordered one of the Pasta's and I kept mentioning how I cannot believe how well and just perfect the pasta itself was made, after my meal I didn't have that super sick and heavy feeling, everything was curated so perfectly and light, the flavors were not overpowering, I was heavily surprised how much I genuinely enjoyed the food here. The Manager Sara was also so graciously kind and uplifting, she had such a great and bright precense to her, I highly recommend anybody to stop by and have a meal here, really beautiful place and great food.

Fantastic service. Great food. Everyone who worked there was very nice. Best service in Napa. Big props to A16 in Napa. Setting the new standard in town.

The pizza was top notch and perfectly cooked, plus PLENTY of arugula (as it should be). I had the gelato for dessert and it was good. Sat at the bar, the bartenders were attentive without checking in too often. It’s loud inside and the food is a little overpriced, but overall a good experience.

Wife and I went for a late dinner; we had reservations for 830pm. It was BUSY and we got sat around 845. The hostess was nice and went as far as to put in an order at the bar for drinks for us while we waited.

The menu is relatively short offering anti pasti, pastas, secondis with sides, and pizzas. Every item we ordered was fantastic but the real star was the Vesuvio Pizza.

Despite it being incredibly busy, service was still top notch and food came out as fast as you could order it.

$35 corkage fee, great wine list with a huge selection of Italian wines.

Try this spot! We were seriously impressed.

Highly enjoyed ourselves at A16 and will definitely be back! The service was very attentive and quick. The atmosphere was airy with a calm feeling color scheme, loved how busy and lively it was but you could still relax and talk with wine. Food was unique and delish, definitely the pizza! So happy this restaurant is a new addition to Napa downtown.

Meet Chef Johnathan from A16 located in Napa. This young man crafted our entire meal fireside. Little did I know, his journey to the kitchen was the appetizer!

Johnathan detailed the source of ingredients and how the menu was built to sustain itself. His presentation and service should be commended! Please support this Brother! He is a 🙌 blessing and inspiration ✨️!

Welcome to Napa, A16!
We had a reservation, and attempted to make a change in the party size from 6 to 5 an hour before arrival. “Spoke” to the AI bot who confirmed the change in size and maintained our dining time.
When the text confirmation came through, our 6:15 reservation was now 8:30!
Fortunately, when we arrived at the restaurant, we were warmly greeted by SG, who was able to accommodate us and made us feel welcome.

Jesse provided great service throughout our meal and suggested many different options for our vegetarian dining partners.

We are so happy to have A16 as an additional option in Napa now, and will return often!

Can’t comment on service or atmosphere....
$200 on takeout that was, at best, average. The pizzas were wildly inconsistent, some over-seasoned, others lacking basic ingredients, Fava bean, and Panzanella, meh - Overall, it was bland and disappointing.

I want to love this place so much. This was our 4th time giving A16 a go. Sadly, we’ll be heading back to other eateries in Napa.
It’s frustrating to see so much potential wasted, especially when their SF location is so strong. The kitchen’s food feels (& tastes) rushed, inattentive, and focused on speed over quality...At some point, potential stops being an excuse and starts becoming a let’s go elsewhere.

The food was probably the most disappointing we’ve had in a while. Everything was so bland and flavorless. We were excited to try this and ignored the other bad reviews- wish we wouldn’t have. We are locals who eat out a lot and was hoping this could be a new spot for us. We spent $180 and the only good things were our drinks. The bartender was great, but the food was terrible. Probably won’t ever return unfortunately.
