The staff was so engaging and fun and cocktails so tasty. All of us loved our meals. It was a pasta night for us and Fried olive Appy's were great too

The staff is amazing! We had a glass of wine at the bar and the guys at the bar explained the menus. So great. The GM and hostess set us up at Chef Bar, which was a lot of fun. Chef Jonathan is amazing and I highly recommend sitting with him and discussing life and watching him cook. Such a great time. I highly recommend A16

I resisted going to this place for the longest time, but we finally went last night and had an incredibly good meal. My initial impression of the menu months ago was not enticing. They've made lots of changes it appears to me so there were lots of interesting choices and they were all good. Will definitely go back. The Frito misto was particularly generous in portion and well fried. Definitely worth the $24 or so.

We were so disappointed in our experience! Noise level was horrific. Food not special. Our service was good, but we left early since we could not hear each other talk. No idea why this restaurant is ranked as well as it is. We hope management is reading this.

The service was warm and friendly, the cocktail I had was delicious and the food was so good! Meatballs, oxtail ragu pasta and mushrooms from the wood oven. Great experience!

This is a beautiful restaurant, the decor is fabulous. The hostess and manager were great, those ladies had amazing energy and were very welcoming. The service at the bar was abysmal. The two bartenders ignored us the entire night, wouldn't make eye contact or check in to see if we needed anything. Because they ignored us we were late for a concert we were attending, which we told them about when we sat down. The food was good. The fried olives are tasty but you only get about 10. The fennel salad was fresh and bright, also on the small side. The zucca pizza was delicious, lots of cheese, yummy squash and a bit of a kick to it. I would go back but I would not sit at the bar again.

Excellent food and service. However, noise level is very high making it difficult to have a conversation at dinner. Plus the tables are placed so close together it's like eating with strangers. And finally the $35 wine corkage fee is a big turn off.

Absolutely incredible, bella! Yesterday afternoon was my second time visiting- The Italian wines are lovely, unique, and interesting even by the glass, which is rare around Napa. I travel to Italy as much as possible ( just returned actually ) and your recipes and menu offer the most natural, authentic, “true to real Italian cooking” around. I enjoyed the most beautifully delicate ravioli with chanterelle mushrooms and shaved black truffle- it may be the best ravioli in that style Ive ever had, including my favorite in Umbria, Tuscany. Its silky broth was nothing short of luxurious. Same with the mussel cooked to perfection. I didn't leave a drop of the divine broth made with the Calabrian chili oil. The tender lamb, the meatballs, the Naples inspired red sauce over ribbons of homemade hand cut pasta..just all of it ..amazing!!! Even your lemoncello is perfectly balanced, not sugary sweet like so many. It felt like I was sipping it with my espresso in Sorrento- The hosts,servers,and bartenders offer actual hospitality, and everyone at A16 is very kind...true professionals. Thank you for such wonderful and delicious experiences each time, I cant wait for my next visit. I might even join the wine club💕 Ciao!

6:30 resy. Ordered pork chop. Was told very late (when food should have arrived) they were out of pork chop. Ordered a dessert. Same issue. If we were a 9 pm resy, maybe we understand you ran out of an item. 6:30 pm resy this is unacceptable.

We enjoyed eating outside. Their new heaters work great and it's much quieter and less crowded. Service was inattentive, at best. The server had lots of tables inside and would apologize every time he came to us. We had to send for him several times when his colleague was refilling our water.

Excellent meal, as always. Delicious pizza, great cocktails.....all delicious sides and pasta. A-16 is a happening place......sit at the bar also.......much fun!!

Went for lunch and shared two appetizers, a pizza and a pasta dish. Service was excellent. Food was not great. Baby gem salad was uninspired. Fritto misto smelled very fishy and needed seasoning. Mushroom ravioli was amazing 10/10. Margherita pizza with added prosciutto was a miss. Crust did not have a lot of flavor and the prosciutto was cut so thick and was hard to cut and eat. The chili oil on the side was a nice touch though.

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service. We enjoyed the truffle pasta and pizza, except for the squash that was on the pizza. It had a slightly odd taste, but other than that, the meal was pretty good.
