We found the decor a bit strange for an Italian restaurant and the hard surfaces made talk at our table a bit difficult. The food was good but not truly Italian. The service was excellent and we really appreciated the server who kept our glasses full of water. We went to the restaurant with the expectation of real Italian cooking and we were a bit disappointed. The best course was the desserts.
Loved the food don't get me wrong. But we heard so many great things about A16 in Napa and we ended up majorly disappointed. Dont come here if you want great service. Our server messed up the most basic of things. Such as, we asked for sparkling water and got still. We ordered an app that came without serving utensils. Quite frankly. It was horrible. Took 2 hours to get out pre set menu. Reservation was for 8 but were not seated for 45 minutes. They clearly overbooked and everyone was unhappy at the restaurant.
