They were abit under staffed but one of them pretty much ignored us for about 25mins. A young female staff with curly hair refused any eye contact and walked past us multiple times as we tried to get her attention. Now I'd hate to accuse anyone of racism and I'm sure Asian tourists have a certain reputation but I can't think of any other reason why she would refuse to even acknowledge us. On the other hand, Tim (the other working staff) was lovely and tried his best to juggle the people coming in plus the full tables inside. In short, after waiting for someone in vain we eventually went up to the bar after about 25min to get our wines from Tim. Note that he was away pretty much the entire time and curly hair made 3 trips bypassing our table to serve/collect from the table right next to us

Again, can't think of any reason why curly would refuse us service except for maybe she doesn't like Asian customers. Hate to go there but there it is.

We visited on a Friday night and loved it so much we came back with our friends and family the next day to do a full tasting experience.
Kelly Barrow made our experience and tasting event truly special. Even when the tasting room was busy she made us feel special and took the time to explain the wines in exquisite detail. As a family of wine makers we truly enjoyed the variety and quality of the wines we tasted at this collective tasting room. Highly recommend and well worth the price!

Alpha Omega has been on my radar for awhile so taking a trip out to Napa and getting to walk in as they open up shop was a surreal experience for me. Benjamin, the tasting room manager molded the perfect atmosphere and tasting menu that highlights the beauty of AO’s collection. I will certainly be back on my next Napa trip, that Toloso is too good!

There's a reason this place has such a high rating: it deserves it. Fantastic, relazing and comforable vibe. It is in a downtown area so you're not going to get any of the foundtain/vineyard/mountain views, but the people here are just terrific. AO has among the best wines in the world, so the tasting is.. tasty.
Bring an expectation that you're going to spend some money, because you'll want to take some of that wine home. Terrific experience and you should 'pair' it with a nearby restaurant. Plenty of street parking.

What an awesome tasting room located in the heart of downtown Napa. We had the Flagship Flight and loved all three wines with the Alpha Omega Cabernet being the highlight of the three. The tasting room is beautiful, the location in town is perfect, and the service today was fantastic. I couldn't recommend a visit to the Alpha Omega Collective highly enough!
We hadn’t heard of the alpha Omega collective before, but we’re very happy to jump in and do a signature and curated wine flight. Ben was our guide and he was so helpful and informative. Highly recommend for a tasting.

The power went out at the Alpha Omega winery, they sent us to the collective and the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make us feel cared for and attended to. The wine was our favorite of the whole trip. Kat, especially, was so knowledgeable and enjoyable.

Had a wonderful time there on Saturday with a big group. We've been to many wine tasting events over the years and this one stands out as one of the best! We had a big group and often in the past we've noticed service is poor with groups as big as ours. What made it so perfect was the perfect timing and pleasant service from one of their servers names Samantha. Timing is everything on wine tasting and it was perfection at Alpha Omega...
