Sushi rice was overcooked and cooked with too much water. That combined with size of cut made it a terrible experience chewing on mush. Got tricked by the rating, disappointed. Should have gone to one of the many other quality restaurants around there.

We are locals and this is our favorite sushi spot in Napa. We know to avoid crowded days/times as service can get slow. However, the fish is fresh and delicious. The nigiri portions are incredibly generous. The staff are great!

It is unheard of that an order for DoorDash takes 1 hour to be ready, and the staff only says they are sorry, but they do nothing to help with the problem. Very bad service and very bad attention to the public and to us who make the delivery, since it is also our time

I visited this restaurant recently and was incredibly disappointed. We waited over an hour for our food after repeatedly asking the staff for an update, three times, to be exact. Even then, only 4 out of 10 items on our order arrived. Frustrated by the lack of service, we decided to leave.

To make matters worse, we saw another customer who had been waiting for his to-go order for 1.5 hours. He ended up getting a refund and leaving empty-handed. The disorganization and poor service here were unacceptable. I won't be returning.

Third time that the order for pick up is not ready. Sushi are good, but the service is awful. Always answered in a rude way by the staff, every time I went there. That was the fifth and last time. When you should up after 30 to 45min, they add an extra 45min and blame you for it. Their service staff is probably the worse in Napa.
