Bitter, lukewarm, coffee, rude people I have no idea how they stay in business.. the people in the restaurant don't seem to care about giving good service as I said rude and bitter coffee and then they tell you to wait 10 minutes for a fresh pot

The food was amazing! Hash browns were crispy and not oily. Food is so affordable and fresh! The staff were very nice as well! Lots of tables to choose from with ample shade too! 10:10 would come back

If I could give no stars, I would. We've been proud supporters of Andies since early 2000s, but we will no longer be supporting nor recommending it to tourists or friends. Don't think paying $11 for the skinniest burrito I've ever had is worth it. They used to be so big and full of everything, mind you they were $5. In the past I just sucked it up and continued to go there because I enjoy supporting small businesses. Today was my breaking point. We went at 2:30 pm on a Saturday. My family and I ordered burgers and fries: 2 Andies, 1 Blue Cheese, and 1 cheese burger with only cheese, tomato and lettuce along with fries for everyone. We paid and left a tip, again I like to support small businesses. We got home and since they were all labeled we picked our burgers. I open mine up and notice that there's hella sauces, mushrooms, avocados and onions. My first thought was "oh they mislabeled". I was wrong. We checked all of our burgers and the cheeseburger was the only one that was incorrect. I wasn't going to just take off the ingredients I didn't want because I truly wasn't going to enjoy my food plus I paid $12 for just the burger out of an $80 order. At this time is a few minutes past their closing time, so I call and no answer. I rush to the place and the three employees were closing up. The door was open so I walked in with my burger. I kindly let them know that my order was done all wrong and since I know the grill is off I would like my money back. She was extremely kind and apologetic and gave me my money back. I come from the food service industry so I know accidents happen, but I still wanted my money back. As I waited, one of the cooks whispered something under his breath in Spanish. I speak Spanish and didn't appreciate his comment. I believe that was very unnecessary as I was polite and didn't make a scene. I simply requested for my money back. I'm the type of person that if my order is not correct, I'm going to speak up. Especially since I left a tip. I didn't call him out as I wanted to leave and I'm pretty sure they wanted to leave as well. Plus, I know he will get his karma one day. Since this was my lunch, I was still hungry. So I decided to take my business to SUPER DUPER BURGERS, which is the ONLY burger spot in Napa that I thoroughly enjoy. Plus it's cheaper and tastes so much more better. As I wait for my burger to finish, my boyfriend lets me know that his Blue Cheese burger was also not made correctly and tasted horrible, I ended up ordering him a burger too which was 100% much better and cheaper. I got home and my parents let me know that their meat was still pink, even though we ordered them well done, and had not flavor. Overall, this place has seriously gone downhill and become money hungry. Their quality in food and service has plummeted. As a long time supporter I've officially cut ties and will not be giving them my business.
