Poor service. Staff acted like we were an inconvenience to be there. No ice cram samples to try as you decide. Would not recommend.

Weird place… went in to buy some chocolates and ice cream. Had $100+ in hand in chocolate. Wanted some ice cream but all unique flavors so asked for a sample. They said “Annette doesn’t like giving samples we can’t do that.” Who’s ever been to an ice cream place where you can’t sample? Very odd. Walked out without spending a penny. Weird place.

I know that Anettes Chocolates is more of a chocolate place, but Ice cream is my weakness, so that's what I came for. I discovered Anettes Chocolates on Google Maps while I was searching for an ice cream place that was close to us in downtown Napa. On my way here, I was a little worried that they would sell basic "store" ice cream, and surprisingly, I was wrong! Amazing homemade ice cream on a homemade cone. I have no idea what they make their cones from, but it was the best one I have ever tried! I got vanilla, and usually, I like to get two scoops, but their scoop was soooooo big that I decided to stick with one. It tasted amazing! I was also impressed by the giant variety of chocolates they provide. Any chocolate lover can find something to go home with.
The shop looked very clean and had a great design to it. The girl who was helping us was super friendly and nice. I left with a very good impression and can't wait to come back!

What a nice little place to stop. I had the Indonesia vanilla ice cream as well as the double chocolate in a small bowl. The cost was $6.50.
We sampled the beer brittle, and it was ok.
Nice out door seating that is clean. I would come again and purchase the chocolate.

I tried to order some ice cream to take to go. However, because I have a dog, they wouldn’t allow me just to walk in the store and get the ice cream. I cannot leave him outside by himself.

On one hand, how mad can you be when you get ice cream. On the other hand, theres no tasting. Unfortunate, cause when you roll the dice it comes out good - not great. Which youd hope it would be at 6.50 a scoop. And if youre thinking its a health issue, theres another ice cream shop 3 blocks over that does tastes.
