The ice cream was good but the customer service was terrible. The young lady with the dark bob and glasses was very snippy. Her attitude was not friendly.

I was really excited to try this place after good reviews and when I walked in and was greeted by the lady worker, she seemed nice at first but when i asked what flavor was good, her answers were short and the vibe felt off like she did not want to be there. I was being really friendly because I understand that it will be another 1-2 hours till closing. I ordered a waffle bowl and asked for 2 flavors (Indonesian vanilla and mint chocolate truffle). After I made payment, she was done scooping my ice cream and hands me this bowl (refer to picture)….. I am shocked that this is one full scoop for each flavor?? I clearly remembered other people’s ice cream bowls to be full.. I am utterly shocked and disappointed at this.
For those going here, make sure that the workers are scooping the fair/right portions because all the pictures of the ice cream in the reviews look much larger than what I got. It was definitely my mistake that I did not say something to her when I left

This is a very large Chocolate shop that has a huge variety of chocolates. They have chocolates available in all forms, different tastes, with various mixes, and in plenty of different packing and sizes. They also have a decent amount of Ice Cream flavors available. The ice cream tastes wonderful and their portion sizes are very generous. Their single scoop is large enough and they also offer adding two flavors in a single scoop serving. The prices of ice cream are very reasonable given the serving size. Staff are really nice, humble, patient, and helpful people. Highly recommend this place during your visit to Downtown Napa.

I have been dying for a brownie a la mode. My husband and I went to get ice cream right after dinner. I ordered the brownie a la mode. The attendant warmed the brownie, per my request. She the added 3 of the smallest scoops of ice cream I've ever had. Meanwhile, they had just run out of whipped cream. She said another employee was going to make fresh whipped cream. I waited several minutes. Just before it was finished, I let her know that I really wanted the brownie to still be warm. She said she would remake it. Then they proceeded to add the whipped cream to what was already there. By this time, the ice cream (tiny as it already was) was melted. She assured me the brownie was still warm. Well, the brownie was no longer warm and it tasted like it had been made a week or 2 ago. It was not fresh at all. There was no ice cream left. The whipped topping covered the entire brownie. I pushed it aside and took a couple of brownie bites. The ice cream was nowhere to be found. I threw it away. My husband's ice cream was a very odd consistency. No flavor. $23 in the trash. I would not recommend this shop. So disappointed!!!

I got there 30 minutes before closing. The staff was rushing me to order so they could close. My husband gave up having an ice cream because of that. Besides that, they do not allow tries and the ice cream I got wasn't that good. Not going back again
