I went to Balley Keal winery this evening and decided to try the spicy chicken burger from Asian Burgers. When I opened the bag, I was disappointed that the meat was cut in pieces and when I took a bite, the meat didn’t taste like chicken, I thought they gave me the pork by mistake. Since we were sitting inside and there was a band playing, I didn’t take four back, The meat didn’t have much taste and the bun was quite greasy and when I finished eating, my fingers smelled very strong like oil and even after I washed my hands with soap I could still smell the oil. I would never get food from this truck again, not worth the money

Here from a wine napkins video! This is such a unique spot, Napa is lucky to have this special cuisine so accessible. Everything was really flavorful albeit a touch rich, but the flaky bun soaked all the juices really well.
I got the Xi’An Pork Burger, Asian Spice Chicken Burger, and KongFu Cucumber Salad to share. I would order those three again, it was a good experience to alternate bites between a more savory braised pork which was great with the raw garlic, to the more dry spiced cumin chicken, and the juicy crunchy cucumber. The prices are a little high but the quality is definitely there, so no regrets!
Side notes: I wish they also did strawberry tanghulu… hawthorn is very traditional though! It would be nice to see a dry fried tofu option for vegetarians.

Can recomend the Spicy Chicken Burger. It was deliciously crispy and hot, even 7 to 15 minutes after it was made. It had a nice but managable spicyness, and the peppers and bun were delicious. It was just a little salty for my taste, but I would get it again regardless.
