The service and food were both excellent! I tried the Xi'an pork burger, THL, sesame balls, and pickled cabbage. Highly recommend this spot! Napa doesn't have a ton of good authentic Chinese food, so this place is a gem!

The Grand Opening flag caught my attention so I decided to pull over and give this food truck a try. Did not disappoint. I ordered the Asian Spice Burger. I have to say that the level of service from the point I stepped up to the window, to when I got my food felt like I was at an actual 5-stars restaurant. They greeted me with a big smile, asked if I need help explaining the various items on the menu...You get a little buzzer device to hold onto and it will vibrate when your order is ready. The chef threw in a kongfu cucumber salad on the house and explained that it pairs well with what I had ordered. He was right. Oh and they also have a punch card for each time you visit as well.

I love trying new places, and this was an absolute delight! The Xi’an Pork Burger has some garlic slices inside and the meat is marinated to perfection! I was surprised that the "bun" was a bit tough but it just adds something to the meal I didn't know I would enjoy so much! The Chicken Bites smell AMAZING and lots of pepper, enjoyed this as well! The cucumber was a surprise and it was DELICIOUS! I'm not sure what sauce it's marinated with but it's so GOOD! The Plum juice has a LOT more sugar than I was anticipating but it was also really good! The THL was a great dessert, not super sweet and the wrapping is edible! Great job!!!!
