Out of all of the wineries/vineyards we visited, we got the best education from B Cellars. Forest was a wealth of fascinating information about how wine is made. While we enjoyed our tasty charcuterie spread with our tastings, he showed us maps of all of the vineyards in the valley and explained the importance of the location of where a grape comes from. Our private tour of this stunning winery also included the caves, their gardens, honey bees, and it's production facility-all meticulously maintained. Wonderful experience.

I've been to my fair share of Napa tastings, but this might be my new favorite... for MULTIPLE reasons.1) The wine is delicious.2) The people were incredibly welcoming & we loved that we got to tour the property with one of the founders, Jim.3) But by far my most favorite part was the food. Unfortunately, I have quite a few dietary restrictions. The member of our group who booked the tasting didn't know that. Luckily, the hostess double checked as we walked in and I apologized and explained I had many and I knew it would likely be too late to accommodate, so no worries. She reassured me she'd love to figure it out with the chef if she could, so she took down my list.After the initial part of our tour, I was informed they'd be able to accommodate. I don't think we understood this was a full pairing at first, but as they brought out bite after bite, I noticed mine was perfectly tweaked each time to meet my needs. They even found a way to serve me a french dip slider wrapped in Swiss chard, which was ridiculously delicious.(For context, I had just come from a more expensive food pairing tasting where they had my restrictions months in advance and still served me food with ingredients I couldn't have.)I was so impressed by their team's quick thinking, diligence, and creativity. And Chef Derick was so kind and relatable. I couldn't stop thanking him! I'm be forever grateful for the ability to safely share this experience with my friends and would highly recommend B Cellars to anyone visiting the Napa area.

We recently enjoyed our tour and tasting with Chris. We did the Beckstoffer Heritage tasting and the wines were amazingly delicious! The charcuterie board was a great pairing for the wines we tasted. Chris was awesome, his hospitality was welcoming. His knowledge of the valley and providing suggestions has been appreciated. We became Heritage members and look forward to our future visits and deliveries.
