Best French onion soup - deep flavors and gooey cheese. Can't beat the burgers, regular and the special ones. Steak frites was grilled perfectly and had great savory tastes. Save room for the desserts like the apple turnover and the crazy-good chocolate brownie. Service was perfect - efficient and friendly.

We are local to this place and go here often. However our experience this time was very different. We sat a little before 8 pm and ordered. There were no other diners outside where we were sitting. We ordered, received our drinks and waited. And waited. When about 25 minutes passed and no one came out to explain or apologize one of us went inside to inquire. He was told “I'll check on the kitchen.” No one came out to explain. 7 minutes later we inquired again. They said it was “going to be another fifteen minutes.” But that we could get another round of drinks. Which we didn't want or ask for. We waited another seven minutes. We decided to cancel and get the food to go. No real apologies offered. Another five minutes went by. We got up and left. We won't be back. I understand things get busy. Maybe a big party came in or one chef is missing. But dont wait until we are waiting that long and not come out and explain or offer some compensation other than assuming that we just want more alcohol. A very big disappointment. The time we left was 8:51.

The weekend brunch menu was very limited. I ordered the flatbread with the smoked salmon and it was very good.

The menu selection for brunch is truly lacking. No basic breakfast combos like pancake French toast bacon and eggs.

This is our third night enjoying breakfasts and dinners during our stay at The Verasa where Bank is located. The options are unique, packed with local ingredients and served by an entire team of competent staff members.

This was a great place to enjoy breakfast, with a friendly efficient wait staff and a creative menu. The fresh fruit bowl was excellent, and the breakfast rolls and bagels were delicious. Thank you.

The food was fine but overpriced for breakfast. Some of the staff were kind of rude for no apparent reason, and most of the staff were almost always missing.

My wife and I enjoyed the dinner we had at Bank Cafe and Bar restaurant. The service was great and our steak and fries were delicious. Thank you!

Terrible service the night before which made us cancel our breakfast reservation. Very expensive and inadequate service. Was told I couldn't have 3 lime wedges for our room after spending $100 on 3 drinks (martini & 2 vodka soda's) Would never go to this place again.

Food was good, value was good. Wine was a little spendy. Service was good. I'm not a fan of automatic service charges.

Food-great! Service -just a tad slow as they were very busy Ambiance-lost due to the small table we were trying to fit on and small space we were sitting at-felt too close to our neighbors

The food is excellent, and the menu is updated monthly with fresh new dishes. The servers are very professional and helpful, with seamless teamwork.

Our young server was a bit awkward and needed a bit more refinement and maturity. She wasn’t confident with taking our orders, providing any insight on the menu, or checking back with us during the meal. Just meh. People skills are IMPORTANT if a place wants patrons to return. Back to my order. I usually rave about Model Bakery muffins, which when eaten simply with butter and jam are just lovely. But they were a complete grease bomb on a plate mixed in with ham that’s been compressed with melted cheddar, avocado, arugula, aioli, eggs and oh let’s pile on more greasy potatoes. It was overwhelming and impossible to hold without making a mess everywhere, so I had to resort to eating a sandwich with a fork and knife. The single peperoncini did nothing to cut the amount of richness and heaviness in the sandwich. It would’ve been great with a tomato or something bright or pickled. Sadly this item was a fail. 2 bites and I was over it.

Service was great. I would not recommend the steak frites. The quality of meat was bad, and it lacked flavor.
