Very cute small bar, roasted chicken sandwich and spinach and artichoke dip was amazing. Frosè was great, momandpops seasonal spritz was also very tasty! The star of the show was our bartender Lauren. She was extremely nice, she answered all of our touristy questions with great recommendations. She was also extremely nice to my sister with special needs, who does not drink but was treated as she were a high spending customer. Thanks Lauren!!

We visited on a Saturday lunchtime and sat at their 8 chair bar. Lunch- grilled chicken sandwich on ciabatta with side of chips and ice tea. Staff was very personable, and had to take care of us while taking orders and making drinks for other guests.

But actually: the bartender was fantastic and thoughtful, the food was incredible (S/O said one of the best grilled cheese he’s had) and the wine list was so well curated. The decor + ambiance is lovely, I see you Year & Day plates! Oxbow is lucky to have this addition and I can’t wait to visit again.

Friendly and helpful wait staff and a great Bacon and Avocado Panini. It was really tasty and came with some potato chips that had a great crunch and added to the overall enjoyment. An added empanada from El Portena and a couple draft beers from Loveski, and I had a great sampler dinner!

Bar Lucia has become one our favorites in Napa! A must stop for lunch or a break in the afternoon! The food is excellent; this time we enjoyed the roast chicken sandwich and the bacon avocado panini. So good! The wine choices are above average; there are some boutique winery options along with some of the upper end names too. And the froze'? Yes please!! But one of the best things about Bar Lucia is Lauren behind the counter!! She knows everyone, and a lot of locals stop by which is the best recommendation for a place in the midst of a tourist destination!
