I went in a couple of days with my family for some ice cream. As soon as we walked in the teenager that worked there rolled his eyes, and I read his lips and he was saying oh my gosh! When it was time for us to order, he did not smile at us at all, and he seemed like he was in a bad mood. When I was done ordering my friend started to order and I overheard him tell his coworker. “I just wanna go home.” The other coworker was also a teenager with headphones on and on his phone his hair was also long and he was serving ice cream with his hair in his face. Customer service was the worst. They need to fix that and have people that actually want to work. Also other people mentioned it is extremely filthy inside. The tables are really dirty full of old ice cream. The floor is dirty. The glass is dirty. Everything is dirty please somebody needs to clean up. I recommend go elsewhere

Ordered a birthday cake mid week for pickup on Sunday @ 1215. Got a call on Saturday saying it was ready. Told them it was for Sunday pick up. Hours on website are posted they are open at 11. Sitting here in the parking lot watched 7 different people walk-up thinking it was open and turned away. Called number left 2vm. Suggestion to update your website and vm if hours of operation have changed. 1206 party in two hours asking for a refund.

Staff was run by teenagers and they are not very friendly. Walked in and was not welcomed. Was looking around at the different flavors for about a minute or two until finally notice. We needed more time then when we were finally ready it was hard to get their attention without yelling “hey I’m ready to order”. The man working there turned and made eye contact with us multiple times then proceeded to continue with whatever it was he was doing. Then when we finally went to pay, the girl who was ringing us up went on her phone and started texting. This looks very bad on the company’s end. I regret tipping for such a careless and ignorant service. Will not be tipping here again!!!

This BR is filthy and should not pass a surprise health department inspectionAfter 3 visits we will never go back. The glass countertops are caked with food stains and other grit. The containers are not clean nor are the different pieces of machinery they use. Customer service is sub par and the selection minimal.Go to the BR in Fairfield and see the difference. There they have a wonderful BR with a great selection, friendly customer service and a pristine environment which is the way it should be.

Kid-friendliness: Wouldn’t bring my child here to the Napa BR because I don’t want them to get food poisoning in this continually dirty, unhealthy environment .

The employee who greeted and served us was very nice. However this store is always so dirty inside. I dont want to touch anything or sit at any of the tables because of how fithly eveything looks. My shoes stick to the floor.

The children who work here are very rude. I arrived and they took too long to serve me. The super slow girl, I don't know if she does it on purpose. very bad service

Not sure why this is rated 4.1 stars. I assume there has been a change in ownership. Walked in 20 minutes to closing and saw a girl sitting in the corner on her cell phone, Another person walks into the back, and a young man rushes up to us rudely, stating they are closed. Why didn’t you lock the doors then? Also, what is with their work attire? This kid was wearing pajama pants and a beanie. More people need to leave review so the owner can pay attention. I didn’t get service this evening, but based on this experience, I won’t be back.

I left my Golden State Warriors lunch bag here today. When I went back later to check if it was there an employee had told me that his boss had put it away for me. He made sure to ask a specific question so that I could prove it was mine. I was sooo grateful!
