I’ve been a regular at Bilco’s for years and have always appreciated the friendly staff and great selection of beers. It’s generally a welcoming place, but yesterday I had an experience that left me feeling uncomfortable. I arrived with my sister for an afternoon drink, and when we were asked for our IDs, I showed mine while my sister went back to the car to get hers. While I was waiting at the bar, the man behind the counter—who I believe is a manager—told me that he wouldn’t serve me if I intended to share my drink with her and even threatened to kick us both out if I did. This felt unnecessary, especially since my sister was still outside retrieving her ID. I calmly told him to relax, as she was already on her way back, and I could see her walking toward the bar.
It just seemed like an overly tense confrontation for no reason, given the situation.

They don't tell you are charged per a game and it's a $$$$ rate, and won't adjust the # people to charge unless you inform them after every game. $50 during happy hour and 3 games of billiards with 3 people. Otherwise okay beer choice and ambiance.

The worst bar in California! People are all over and you don’t even have a tine to order a drink! Also, the owners don’t care about your experience, they can see that you ate straggling and leave you for your self, so good luck..they care and only about themselves! Don’t go there!!!

Just a hot and a skip from First st. If you're looking for a downtown bar that serves local and import beer on tap, this is the place for you. Get away from the wines for a little bit and come chill with billards and darts. The bartenders are cool, the beer is cold and the prices decent with a good happy hour. Billco's is a chill place to just hang out. We didn't eat, we just had drinks and the vibe was absolutely just chill. 100% recommend.
It is a good place with an atmosphere but the only problem is its jukebox. There is a moment when it steals your money and never plays the song you chose. It forces you to pay more for your song. Play it quickly and you lose your money.

Went in here to have a drink with a friend and play a game. Bouncer checking IDs definitely doesn’t make this place a friendly environment. Just moved to napa. was given a hard time for being a quiet person while checking ID’s. Downtown joes has a great pint and a better vibe.
