Blend Cafe is a coffee and desert shop at Meritage Resort and Spa. It's a small place within the complex but it serves its purpose. Its convenient and simple, the staff is nice and the coffee is pretty good. They also have some Napa Valley themed gift shop. Its good it was there so you don't have to go to main restaurant for quick coffee.

Horrendous. Messed up the order after repeating myself 3 times. Couldn’t get the servers attention to help correct it, and that was after waiting 30+ min for a latte and a cold soggy pastry. Didn’t bother to fix it, I couldn’t risk waiting another 30 min. Chaotic in there. Better off driving away from the resort and going to another coffee shop, would probably save on time and better quality. Most customers couldn’t understand they don’t take cash or card, so the line was just so long from taking orders.

The cashier was extremely friendly! My egg bowl was microwaved into oblivion, coffee was bitter, and my friends oatmeal was undercooked. The resort need to be offering better to-go options for breakfast. Also it was extremely overpriced, $26 for an egg bowl and latte.

I’ve been here by myself and with family and every time, the service and the food is impeccable. High quality bar food classics with a laid back vibe for family, but just enough privacy that it’s chill to come for a relaxing solo date too. Sam and Quincey and all deserve a special shout out for their kindness, promptness, and attentive service.

I wanted to write a review specifically to give a shout out to an awesome employee, Dawa, who was so sweet when I was at the Meritage with my 2 young kids. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything that we needed and gave us advice on how to fill our day with fun activities in the area. When I had questions about where things were, she walked us there rather than just explain. It was so refreshing how kind and accommodating she was, and she helped make sure we had a wonderful stay at the hotel and in Napa. She is a true asset to the Meritage and we’re grateful we met her!

We stayed at the Meritage for a few days for a wedding and Blend was conveniently located on the ground floor of the building that we stayed in. Get there early if you don't want to wait in a line, but even if you do have to, the customer service is absolutely lovely. Special shoutout to Junieth, Dawa, and Alexandria who served me multiple times over my stay and were always so pleasant and kind, even when I could see other guests treating them unkindly due to things out of their control. They close at two which is unfortunate for my afternoon caffeine habit, but I so enjoyed their hospitality that I would go grab my second coffee of the day before they closed. During my stay, I tried a few different coffees which had a fair amount of modifications available (flavors, alternative milks), along with a number of food items. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast bowl, yogurt, and chocolate croissant. Although resort-priced, the food items are hearty and filling. Overall very lovely addition to the resort!
