We had our dinner at the wonderful outdoor patio. It is so beautiful and romantic! Burrata (it was an original Burrata) with peaches (so yummy and soft) and prosciutto was really good . the duroc pork chop was fantastic and the halibut ( wild catch) was really great, soft and tasteful. Service was very kind and attentive thank you very much !
Everything was great until we were chased from the outside because of the bees hovering over our food and drinks. A little surprised that this happens all of the time and yet they had not addressed it
We chose Brix to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary, expecting a top-tier Napa dining experience. Instead, it was a major disappointment. Our server was barely present—he only showed up to take our order and drop off the food, with no engagement, no warmth, and no effort to make the experience feel special. For an upscale restaurant, this level of service is unacceptable. On top of that, the patio was overrun with wasps. It was impossible to relax or enjoy our meal because we were constantly fighting off swarms attacking our food. We ultimately had to cut our lunch short and leave. Even a simple warning about the wasp issue when we arrived would have been considerate, but nothing was mentioned. For a restaurant with Brix's reputation and price point, this experience was shocking. Poor service and an uncontrolled wasp problem ruined what should have been a memorable anniversary lunch. We will not be returning, and I hope management takes serious steps to fix both issues.
Ate outside with the beautiful gardens in back. Very quiet with great service. We had a pleasant lunch.
We sat outside and Brix definitely has the best view and garden setting of anywhere else near Yountville. We were impressed by every aspect of our visit. Food, Service and hospitality were excellent. Our server Carol was very nice and accommodating, the bartender Sheri was wonderful. We will be back soon.
Accommodating, attentive service. Outstanding food and cocktails - both versions of the margarita were fantastic-and the garden is a relaxing delight to the senses.
Very short staffed wife wanted ketchup and had to walk to kitchen when could not find a server for 5 minutes. Talked to manager who nonchalantly said we are short staffed(but was not even gracious enough to apologize). Too bad we used to eat there often and it had been a well run restaurant
We were celebrating my birthday and I we were both disappointed in our meals. They were not great and for what we paid we expected the food to be much better. I got the lobster pasta it was overwhelming tomato flavor and my husband got the spaghetti with duck. He felt the same way - that it lacked flavor. I was also disappointed in the cobbler. I was excited to at least treat myself to a delicious dessert. There were 2 tiny pieces of peach. It was mostly “cake” with some blueberries. The restaurant was lovely but the food was very disappointing
This is the second time we have had dinner at Brix and we were not disappointed. Great staff and waiter with great selection of food, wine and wonderful mix drinks. We will be back again as the views of the vineyards are spectacular especially if you dine outdoors!
Everything was amazing! Food, service, atmosphere..... but the outside patio drew in the bees when the protein came out! Even they rated the delicious prime rib special!!

This was our third visit, and unfortunately, we've noticed a significant decline in every aspect of the dining experience.
Our evening began with a frustrating wait for a table, despite the restaurant being largely empty. We were initially seated in a noisy corner right by the kitchen's food exit. Although we were starving and had placed a large order of starters and entrées, we requested to move and the staff promptly relocated us.
The starters were a mixed bag. While the tempura green beans and carrots were good, both the Brussels sprouts and ahi tuna were excessively salty. The soup, which arrived late, was also barely warm.
After an hour and a half of waiting with no entrées in sight, we decided to cut our losses. We canceled our main courses, paid for what we'd had, and left to find another restaurant to finish our much-delayed dinner.
Had great service, nice view, but wouldn’t pick this place for wine tasting.
Fantastic dinner. Everything was amazing
Absolutely unacceptable experience. Not only was the service incredibly slow (we were forced to wait despite plenty of empty tables), but the final straw was finding a worm in our food.
Staff seemed completely unbothered when we pointed it out, showing no urgency or genuine apology. This is beyond bad service—it’s a clear health and hygiene issue. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Avoid if you care about basic cleanliness and respect for customers.
Love this place excellent service
