Few of the wineries I went to on my most recent vacation delivered the same way Brown did. From top to bottom both my fiancé and I were extremely impressed. The amount of energy our educator, Joe, brought a level of energy to our experience that was next level. He was genuinely excited to have us in and knew everything someone could about the wines in their portfolio. Truly a magical experience that is worth stopping in during your next Napa trip! Got 2 bottles of the Zinfandel and side-note that the ‘18 Recluse was to be in faithful love with! Amazing time with my gf!

My family and I had an unforgettable wine tasting experience at Brown Downtown, Napa! Based off of several recommendations from friends and family - I definitely went with the expectation that this was going to be an elevated experience.
This Black-owned gem truly impressed all of us! I particularly loved The of Brown Cabernet Sauvignon - it was bold, beautiful and full of character.
The atmosphere was intimate and welcoming, and the staff passionate and knowledgeable. A unique spot that blends culture, quality, and community. Don’t miss this one if you love a great red! And I highly recommend their Chaos Theory.

We went to Brown after tasting the wine at the stateline smokehouse. This wine was so delicious. We love supporting black owned buisness and this was a lovely treat and stop. We had no idea about brown until stopping for BBQ with Chef Darryl. We bought a bottle to take home but idk if it will.make it home! Thank you for the great experience

That serendipitous moment only reinforced what I had already felt—this is a space built with intention, where passion and excellence shine through every bottle. The team listens with care, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. And the beet root pepper cookie? A revelation. Bold, unexpected, and just as unforgettable as the wines themselves. I can only hope Brown Estate considers limited-edition collaborations in the future to build on the already vibrant experience they’ve created. One visit was not enough—I’ll be back, again and again.
