They drowned my chicken sandwich in mustard. Lemonade was horrible the syrup had ran out and my lunch was almost over when I discovered it. I couldn’t go back. The lady was really nice though.

Napa California Burger King did not have any signs stating lobby was closed and I walked 30 minutes with my two babies and was not allowed to get service, extremely disappointed since I have been going yo Burger King for over 20 years and I will not be going back. Extremely unprofessional to leave me and my two kids with no service after we walked there and attempted to gain service from drive through but since I did not have a vehicle they did not help me

My wife ordered a custom Bacon King with no ketchup. Guess what? They still put ketchup on it. And get this: SHES ALLERGIC TO TOMATOES!

burger king closed early 9/30/24 at 9:47pm. I wasn't going to eat indoors and they all just stood there looking at me. I walked over bc I honestly didn't want to drive. For the most part BK staff at this location are great,but I see new people & it says 10pm dining room open and no signs posting closing early. Unfortunately this BK I've found often picks it's own time of closing.

They were very rude and couldn't get order right would not listen when ordering keeps asking for us to repeat it
Paid a ridiculous $15 for breakfast and a Styrofoam box. And the only thing they got straight was the potatoes.
