Napa California Burger King did not have any signs stating lobby was closed and I walked 30 minutes with my two babies and was not allowed to get service, extremely disappointed since I have been going yo Burger King for over 20 years and I will not be going back. Extremely unprofessional to leave me and my two kids with no service after we walked there and attempted to gain service from drive through but since I did not have a vehicle they did not help me

burger king closed early 9/30/24 at 9:47pm. I wasn't going to eat indoors and they all just stood there looking at me. I walked over bc I honestly didn't want to drive. For the most part BK staff at this location are great,but I see new people & it says 10pm dining room open and no signs posting closing early. Unfortunately this BK I've found often picks it's own time of closing.

This location definitely does not do it "your way" and even gets upset over extra-cost modifications (typical up-selling at other restaurants) and blames management for not allowing it. What business can survive this way? A nighttime drive thru employee refused to add additional toppings to my burger order, even when I replied I would gladly pay extra, and then she blamed the decision on management.
