Very accommodating.. We had a person in our tasting group that was not going to join because he prefers white wines and Bob customized for him. Made all the difference in the experience for all of us... And Bob was fun to talk to and he kept it simple. We ended up becoming members and purchasing wines not a part of the original tasting because Bob let us try a few... And when we come back... We'll be requesting him!

I recently had the most delightful visit to Chimney Rock Winery. My husband, our dog, and I decided to spend a sunny afternoon tasting wines at this gorgeous winery. Opting to sit outside, we were immediately struck by the breathtaking beauty of the property. The wine tasting itself was exceptional. We sampled several wines, each more impressive than the last. The flavors were rich and memorable, truly showcasing the best of what Napa Valley has to offer. The staff was knowledgeable and passionate, making our wine tasting experience both educational and enjoyable. But the highlight for us, and especially for our furry friend, was the unique 'barkuterie' board they prepared for our dog. It was such a thoughtful gesture and just goes to show how much Chimney Rock Winery goes above and beyond to ensure all guests, including the four-legged ones, have a fantastic time.Overall, our visit to Chimney Rock Winery was nothing short of amazing. The combination of exquisite wines, stunning scenery, and exceptional service made our day unforgettable. I would highly recommend this winery to anyone visiting Napa, whether you're a seasoned wine connoisseur or just looking for a beautiful place to relax and enjoy some delicious wines. Don't forget to tip your host!

We visit Sonoma County/Napa quite often from Wisconsin. One of our favorite places to visit. This last trip was for my 60th birthday. We started the day at Chimney Rock. It was our lucky day getting Julian to do our tasting for us. He was beyond our expectations and we had the best experience. Not only are the wines outstanding but Julian took the wine tasting experience to another level. Thx for a great start to my big 6-0!!!

This place is awesome! Stopped by to pick up our shipment recently and had one of the best tasting experiences ever. An unexpected treat, but Julian made us feel welcomed and at home. If you are looking for good wine, quaint settings, and knowledgeable friendly “wine educators”, this is the place for you. Goes without saying, the wine is amazing, but the service is second to none.

Very good winery on the Silverado Trail, have never been disappointed by any on their wines. Tried a new blend today called Petite Elvage and bought some to take home. Staff has always been top notch and very helpful.

Absolutely must see in Napa Valley!! They are dog friendly with a energetic and awesome staff. Their customer service is fantastic. Joshua who completed our Odessey tour made it once in a lifetime and Julian made Lil Bit feel SO special between treats and love. A must for anyone visiting with their fur baby. Their wines are also worth every penny. Lil Bits mummy bought 3 bottles to ship across the country.

Outstanding service, wines were incredible. As being a wine professional myself, I really enjoyed the experience.

2nd time I've had a bad experience at their tasting room and won't be back or drink their wine again. We visited John Anthony, Hill Family, Boyd and Chimney Rock yesterday and this wasn't even on the same planet as the others. Rude host, poor service, long wait to get our first taste and not even acknowledged by our host for what seemed like ages. We walked out in the middle of our tasting, wasted $$.It's too bad because their wines are generally excellent. But won't support such a place that treats consumers so poorly

Had a great time tasting wine at Chimney Rock. Host was kind and explained all questions about wines. Amazing choice of wines.. Appreciated the complimentary cheese and crackers. Two reasons for not providing 5 stars:1) one of the employees made an unpleasant passing comment about my dog which seemed unnecessary2) it will be nice to have some more food options on the menu as a pairing with wine.

Our group of eight thoroughly enjoyed our private tasting with Suzzette. We encourage any group new to wine or well-seasoned tasters to visit. We were greeted at reception with a small glass to sample while the tasting room was prepared. When Suzzette brought our group in, we were seated in a comfortable room at a large square table perfect for tasting and conversation. We went through a myriad of delicious wines and had a good aged Gouda and other snacks to add to each taste. We were thrilled with each wine included in our menu, and especially the Clone 4 and Ganymede vintages. After we were settled in, we got to peruse the property and Suzzette gave us valuable background into the winery’s history and production. Seeing the old oak barrels that dated back to the 1600s was a special treat. Our group is excited to get back to visit again, and until then we will enjoy the wines we were able to take home with us. Cannot recommend Chimney Rock highly enough for your next visit to the Valley. It stood up as our clear favorite against our other visits around Sonoma and Napa.
