Food was alright, portions were good. Spent around $25 for two meals and a side of chips. A bit disappointed with the outcome of the chips, they’re super salty. Dipping it in guacamole and the chimichurri sauce didn’t make it any better. There should be an option to do light salt or no salt on the chips. The batch that I got felt like it was dowsed in salt.

In the middle of cleaning asked for new product. They said, what was there was fresh enough staff's attitude was horrible. I ended up getting beans and white rice.Maybe next time it'll be better

Whoever was working October 7th between 11AM-12PM, jeez you guys kill it!
I walk in with an order of 9 bowls, and the staff working the food counter blow through it, in and out so fast! Not to mention the supporting staff keeping things full, everyone on that shift is a well oiled machine!
They're not scared of the lunch rush, the lunch rush is scared of them!

The tables are dirty, they don't wipe them down, the floor under the tables is dirty, there's trash, we wiped the table ourselves! We asked for non-spicy food - they gave us spicy food, the meat wasn't fully cooked. I don't recommend visiting this place!

Initially, they messed up one of my tacos. What happens next, if so cool the young lady says I apologize. I could take the chicken off put it on the side and give you the meat you wanted? So I agreed and she still gave me the chicken. It was good. I ate it with my chips.
I feel most of the time people say all the company wants us to throw it away because of pettiness and spite.
This chipotle has good customer service. They are honest girls and guys. The two girls assisted me with my tacos are super nice very clean atmosphere. I’m definitely coming back over and over again. Highly recommended.
Out of the two Chipotle's in Napa, this one is the best! I drive 20-30 minutes out of town to grab a bite here on occasion.
I stopped by today, Sunday, for lunch while running errands and the employee who prepared my burrito bowl for me was super nice and provided service with a smile.
Another team member took good care to clean up after lunch service - cleaning up after messy customers in the dining room and patio.
My meal was tasty and I appreciated the friendly service and tidy atmosphere.
