I was shocked when I saw the guacamole was black and the shredded lettuce was red. I couldn’t believe online orders were being prepared with black guacamole and red lettuce. Thank goodness I was ordering in person, but I almost didn’t order any food, I'd lost my appetite and fear of food poisoning. I did eventually order a barbacoa burrito with brown rice, mild salsa and sour cream. Service was great, atmosphere was great, food a whole different story. Go there at your own risk, because I almost went to Jack In The Box.

Excellent fast service, almost never more than 1-2 people in line even during dinner hours. Friendly employees including one super tall dude who is always so warm and fun to chat with. Great store! Avoid the Vallejo store it is the opposite, just awful!

Pretty fair food. I've tried just about all the different types of food offered. By far in my eyes the best is the quesadilla with fajitas and the guacamole. The burrito Bowls are pretty bomb as well. Just wish when I placed an order they'd add a utensil or 2.

I bit into one chip and it was stale as ever. I asked him if he charged me and he said yes. At least try to do something for me. Maybe offer to refry them to get them crispy... nothing. I love the bowls but the service tonight left a bad taste in my mouth.

Today my husband and I ate from this place salad with chicken and salad with barbacoa. We both are sick, terrible stomach pain and my husband have an allergic reaction on his arm.

I ordered by the phone and which i don’t want chips and they can’t figure out it I said that’s fine but they didn’t put chips on my order and they charged and I call the restaurant they were realy rude for customer service and they still trying that’s not our fold I will never order chipotle anymore that’s done for me I don’t recommend to anybody
