Good service, food was great. The restaurant tables and chairs need to be cleaned up.
The windows of the business need to be cleaned as well. It's a reflection of the business.

I honestly really like this place and choose it over any other fast food place and been going for years to this specific one but today had two of the guys being super weird, the guy that has to ask what you want and everything did not say one word and would throw the plate and laught weirdly making me feel super awkward to only have the second guy do the same exact just staring at me without a single word
So they never talked or asked one single thing of what I wanted and then I ask the cashier about them not talking and just for him to say that they where probably bored and didn’t want to have good customer service
Start hiring older guy and gals these you get generations just don’t know a thing about real life duties!

So went there to get the brisket but they said they don't have that even though it's being advertised everywhere. They said they have some crappy sweet chicken instead and that if I wanted brisket I could go out of town. This is the only reason I went to Chipotle because I normally like real Mexican food. I got the carnitas instead and brought it home. To add salt to the wounds Chipotle ran a brisket add while I was watching the game eating my flavorless carnitas.

Chipotle never misses you know that ?????

Two stars for giving good enough service in store. If you order door dash they will give you a burrito big enough for a three year old, barely bigger than their sticker label.

Ordered in app, but was completely out of chips, so didn't get to fulfill my large chips and guac. The chicken quesadilla was good though

I should have left when I seen how dirty the lobby was but my husband and I wanted to try something new. Within an hour of eating half of my meal...I was throwing up on the side of Jefferson Ave. Been in bed since. Never had food poisoning before and will not be going back to this place again. I honestly feel bad for the four elderly people that were there while we were.

Very understaffed..huge line with staff clearly drowning..out of white rice and lettuce for my salad.,waited about 30 min to get my food then when I went to sit down..every table in dining area was covered w food.. so had to clean an area to set my food down..No manager on site to help staff.. I definitely won’t eat there again..

When I placed my order they said that they had no cheese. Really sad that a Mexican restaurant would be out of cheese. I’ll never go back again and then they charge you extra for the other special liquid cheese stupid.
