When I placed my order they said that they had no cheese. Really sad that a Mexican restaurant would be out of cheese. I’ll never go back again and then they charge you extra for the other special liquid cheese stupid.

I always order from this place ? over all my experience was a lil concerning the lady tried to charge us for guacamole on all of our bowls when we didn't order it on mine, Got it in another bowl and Burrito though. we had asked for hot sauce on the side for the Burrito they said it was koo towards the end so we order chips and salsa as a side she literally wanted to argue that we already got the salsa so we said ok looked in the bag ad was disappointed and when we went back and asked for more she gave it to us and we asked how much she said it was free tell me why it wasn't even half full $43 an rude service over salsa and guacamole she knows who she is smh

At 4:30 I ordered food for pickup at 6pm.At 6:40 in the restaurant for an hour now, still not ready. A dozen customers have come and gone. How can an hour and a half lead time not be enough? App orders are last priority evidently.

I never make reviews but this one I had to do.. they didn’t have chips, sour cream, fresh rice nor fresh veggies. I asked for white rice and the guy had to run over to the to-go service line to start my bowl because the main service line was empty. Next, I asked for veggies but there was literally scraps left and so I expected the person making my bowl to ask me if I wanted to wait for some fresh ones. Nope, she started serving the no longer distinguishable veggies on my bowl. I said “oh those veggies look really sad.” She responded with “yeah they don’t really look great, they must have mixed something with them” (the veggies were the color of over sauted mushrooms like a dull brown gooey color). Still no offer to make fresh ones. After the one pinch of veggies I said “never mind I don’t want any of those veggies.” She was very kind about it all but just not helpful at all. I continued to the next section and they were out of sour cream. Finished at the register and the lady says “can I offer you a drink or a side of guacamole but I can’t offer chips we’re out of those tonight.” Food tasted good just a very underwhelming and strange experience. Don’t recommend.

Apparently they're really rationing the food here, cuz they did not serve a lot in the bowls. On top of that, I asked for extra lettuce because they barely put any, and then they added literally three more pieces.

Just left there. Server had an attitude, ordered 2 bowls, tables were dirty, ate 2 bites and tossed it in the trash and left. Felt like I was eating salt. Never going back.
