Clemente's Authentic Italian Take Out

Consistency is a big problem for this establishment. They’ve moved around at least a few times since and during covid, so location is always different than google maps.

I ordered a few different items including an Italian meatball sandwich for tonight’s dinner. Sauce is salty, lacks depth and is generic in taste. They must have changed cooks recently bc the sauce tastes like they added chipotle peppers to it bc it has a darker color to it and weird taste to it.

The sandwich was most disappointing - for $15, it was a soggy mess of bread, 2 small mangled meatballs and sauce that is on par with prego. This place is and has been going downhill. Avoid if you can.

Sign caught our eye as we were driving by. Stopped in and now they are catering our wedding rehearsal dinner. Amazing authentic Italian food, I couldn’t get enough of the sauce! Great family run environment and friendly service. Highly recommended!

I recently visited Clemente and had a lovely experience. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a casual meal. The food was delicious—simple yet full of flavor, and the portions were just right.

What really made the visit special was Joanne. She was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations. Her service added a personal touch that made the meal even more enjoyable.

If you’re looking for a relaxed spot with great food and wonderful service, Clemente is definitely worth a visit!

I've been coming to the restaurant for Over 30 years. I always get the Malfatti. The Sauce is not always consistent in flavor. I ordered some just last night and I noticed the sauce was red in color when usually it's a deep orange. Also notice there was a tad more spice to it not hot but some spice. I could taste a flavor like a chili was put in it of some type. I'm on the fence if it is an improvement or not. But it definitely does not make me not want to return. I give this dish Before & After the changes a solid 4. It is just not something I can order all the time it is amazing to eat but then you get tired of it the next day. I probably order from them a handful of times a year.

I give the service a 2. The daughter that works there is always tooooooo pushy trying to get you to buy other dishes and other things. Last night when I ordered my food she offered me to buy bread 5 different times. She just makes the whole situation feel very awkward sometimes when I'm craving their dish I just don't go in because I don't feel like dealing with her. I have other friends that feel the same and sometimes we take turns going in for each other.

Any negative comments is not to discourage you to go, Just want you to be prepared for the service.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This is a staple in my family and friends. I wish I lived closer to take advantage of the best Italian food you can get outside of Italy.

The malfatti is out of this world, everything is cook to perfection and the people are out right amazing. You absolutely must visit as this is the best place for authentic delicious and true Italian food.

I don't mean any disrespect...the potroast was very dry, gravey was salty, the bread was rubbery, it would help if sandwich was cut in half. I asked for pickles and tomatoes and was explained that's not how you eat that sandwich. The sandwich completely fell apart as I was trying to eat it. I ate in my car . I went back in to wash my hands and the woman that took my order said thanks but didn't ask how my food was. I didn't eat inside because the TV was so loud and playing some old reruns of an unpopular sitcom. There were empty soda and water boxes pulled up on the counter top. All these little things can make or break a restaurant. It's a good idea to implement TQM before you open. Again I'm not trying to sound negative or insulting. I don't think the restaurant will be able to keep its doors open unless it makes some extreme changes asap. I don't know everything but I worked for and consulted with 30 to 40 restaurants. The culture of Clemente's doesn't seem to match today's times. People are different today than they were 35 years ago and all busi else's must make adjustments if they want to stay in business .

I love their Pot Roast... Particularly the Pot Roast Sandwich. Their new location is very easy to find and there are seats/tables inside!

2 small minestrone soups, one green salad and 2 bottles of Crystal Geyser water (like you can get by the pallet from Costco) = $32 + tip. The soup was quite salty and sort of blended - unlike any minestrone I've had before. The "green salad" was actually a three-bean salad (not bad, but not a green salad). The only available drinks are sodas and aforementioned bottled water.The lady running thenplace.was pleasant.Although we were dining in, food was still served in styrofoam with plastic utensils.Overall, not great food and overpriced for a takeout place
