We visited for tasting and it was great . The property is beautiful modern not trying to copy French style but it had it own charm. Cinthia was our host and she was great, we bought some bottles to take home.

We recently visited Clos du Val for a tasting with friends and had an amazing time! The tasting area outside has breathtaking views, the wine was delicious (especially the rose!), but what really made our experience great was the friendly and warm service from Nikko. He was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and well-cared for. I learned so much about the wines and the region as well as the history of Clos du Val. He was always one step ahead, anticipating our needs and had great recommendations based on our preferences. I've been to many wineries in Napa and this was definitely one of my favorite experiences thus far. I highly recommend Clos du Val winery if you're looking for a relaxed and beautiful wine tasting experience! We will definitely be back.

Visited during a cold winter day, but the experience was more than just chill. It was awesome! Rodrigo was our sommelier who took care of us and was very patient with all of our questions. He went above and beyond with each one, and took his time explaining more specific questions such as those related to the region, wind and solar patterns that affect the outcome of the grapes grown on the vineyard, and the history of the vineyard. The wines were delicious in our opinion (1 white, 1 rose, and 2-3 reds), and we ended up buying two 2023 Cab Sav. bottles. Aside from the wine, he also took the time to share some additional knowledge on food pairings that would go well with wines. It was a really great experience and we tried also the yogurt with olive oil dish (it was topped with zatar and pomegranate seeds), and while it was small, it was the right size to share for 2 people and just enough to not fill us up too much before our late lunch scheduled afterwards. Thank you Rodrigo for making our experience so special and we’d def recommend anyone who is interested to come visit this winery!

Wow! Our tasting here was amazing! The wines provided were incredible and I’m still thinking about them. Our guide Sarah was friendly and helpful, especially for two people inexperienced with wine tastings. The location is beautiful, although not as showy or touristy as some others. It felt like a hidden gem compared to the busier places on the main highway. The quality and quantity of wine and complementary bites were well worth the $75.

We stayed at a resort nearby and tried the Cabernet Sauvignon and loved it! The gentleman who helped us with the wine tasting was so nice and offered us a free bottle! Definitely recommend. Never an alcohol person but this wine is very special!

Hands down best winery in the Napa Valley. We’ve done tastings at over 50 wineries in the area and none come close to the hospitality, friendliness, and overall relaxing vibe at Clos. Their Decades tasting is an experience on its own, having the opportunity to taste old vintages you wouldn’t otherwise have without spending hundreds of dollars on a bottle. Aaron, Sara and Lupita are very knowledgeable and personable when conducting the tastings. We became members after our first visit without any pressure to join or buy additional bottles. We are greeted warmly and made to feel like we are at home every time we visit.
