Michael was an excellent server on our visit here last night. Attentive, gracious, and informative. Food was exceptional. We did the tasting menu, an amazing value. Ambience is welcoming and comfortable. Reservations recommended for busy season. We were lucky enough to get a table without one, on a slow week, thankfully. Highly recommend on your trip to Napa!!

As Napa locals, we couldn’t recommend a better restaurant than Cole’s Chop House.
The attention to detail, level of service, and quality of the food are exceptional. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the lovely hostesses, to the attentive wait staff and the manager who checks in with a warm, genuine smile, dining at Cole’s feels truly special.
The food is outstanding and the service is equally excellent. One of the very best dining experiences in Napa

Incredible...I went with friends for the first time and already I want to go back as quickly as I can. This is an amazing steak house and some of the best locally made Napa, CA finest wines. The food, service, and atmosphere is beyond a 5 star.

we celebrate our birthday here every year, this is the first time the service was so so, really no one filling the water I generally have to ask. My steak was beyond medium when I ordered, medium rare, the lobster tail was very dry, and every dish was cool instead of being at least lukewarm . Like I said this is the first time this is ever happened, so I'm wondering what's changed up, normally the service and food are both exceptional.
Food was very, very MID. Average at best. You can get better steak elsewhere AND at a better price. Giving 3 stars because of the service and waiters. That’s the only thing good here. This place is just not worth the price.

Did the restaurant month course tonight with my wife and two friends. Honestly, stellar meal at $75/person, highly recommend. However, writing this review to share an unusual experience I had dining there tonight. The waitstaff was very attentive for the entire evening however one particular waiter made an unfortunate judgement call regarding my personal space. It was towards the end of my entree and I had about one bite left but before I could get to it the waiter comes over to my right side, picks up my plate and my fork and proceeds to feed me it without any warning. Now looking back on it, it was objectively kind of funny like “hurry up and eat your last bite”. So I can laugh at that, but it was also objectively inappropriate and infantilizing, especially at a restaurant that is considered a high-end steak house. I don’t want anyone to lose their job, so I’ll omit the person’s name and description but I have never ever experienced this anywhere in all my life. Just wanted to share because it’s really bizarre and a bit unhinged. Maybe they do this with every customer lol?
