We sat down and waited for someone to tend to us and never got anyone after 10 minutes so we walked out. When we arrived it looked decent with the setting and the fireplace. I like that there is bowling but it was booked up and reserved so we didn't get to do it.. maybe next time.. just hoping we can try their food and drinks next time!!

My husband & I enjoyed the game with good, fresh bar food. Glenda, the bartender,, was in-press-ive managing the constant barrage of customers’ food & beverage & game requests. Basically single-handed. We saw other employees, but no one hustled like Glenda.5 stars for service, well-made libations and the kitchen prepared good food. Great wings (good size, extra crispy) and excellent fish & chips. Really fresh coleslaw! Also, great Sidecars!

Although the food and service was good we can say great even, I went there to bowl as well and that lowered the rating. The atmosphere was nice games on the TV a fire place in the background, service staff very engaged. The food it self was very good especially the appetizers. The lanes were a bummer because it's a timed event an we were unable to complete one game within the hour 5 people. So as pricey as it is I feel they should atleast let you finished an just pay by the game an not the hour. The pins are strung which I'm personally not a fan of and I was not able to use my own bowling shoes wich was an additional cost to use the house shoes... As a group we still had a great time however ill most likely just go to a real bowling alley next time, even if I stay in the resort.

This is a cool lounge with a few pool tables and a bowling alley. It has a bar with stool seats and more comfortable lounge chairs throughout the room. They also serve a nice selection of finger foods. We tried the calamari which was surprisingly good. Our hostess was nice and very attentive and let us try one of the wines before we placed our order. One of the negatives was that one of the wines we wanted to try from the menu they didn't have. They also have nice fire pits and plenty of big screen tv's. We seen signs throughout the resort of soon to be renovations which will make this place even more of location to kick back at.

Dani the manager is super freaking great! very kind and always very warm and welcoming! the team and environment just a 10/10! always clean and they are on top of refills and orders!my goodness it is super here! been a regular for a while now due to the great manager they have here and the team she has!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! The bartender was extremely rude! You could tell he did not want to be there and was taking it out on the paying customers. To stay at such a nice resort in Napa and experiencing rude, inadequate staff was extremely disappointing. You can have the nicest resort in the world but when you hire crappy staff it makes the stay not enjoyable. Will not be back.

Location is convenient if you are staying at the neighboring resort, but overall not impressed and staff seem occupied with other things - like socializing. They play music and have the game on, but it's not to loud. Food is as expected, nothing stellar. I wouldn't come back.

Staff was rude/condescending when we asked questions regarding menu items the first night, the second night the hotel front desk had told us Crush was open for food (because room service was not available) and we were turned away since the kitchen closed an hour earlier.

I didn't eat here, but just came to this restaurant bar for bowling only. Ambiance was nice when you walked in with lounge area and fireplace for groups of people to hang out in and a bar in back with sports tv on. The bowling alley is small with few lanes so be sure to reserve the lanes in advanced and check in on bottom to get your shoes. Clean bowling lanes. Funny to see all the pins are attached to a string like a marionette puppet when the lanes change for the second game. The four of us had a good time. The score board had a cute short carton of when you miss a spare or get all the pins. The score measures the speed of the ball. We didn't order any food. We rented the lanes for 1 hour. My team was able to squeeze in 3 games to completion. All in all fun times. Oh thank goodness for having free water by the lanes! I forgot my water bottle and I was able to drink some fresh into cold water from the dispenser.
