Rudest waiter ever. I've been going to this Denny's since I was a kid but lately, there's this one waiter that gets saddled with night shift. Here's a tip Denny's... if you're going to have only one guy on the floor, make sure his customer service energy isn't similar to hugging a porcupine and a cactus simultaneously. He's dreadful every time we see him. Just awful.

Bad, bad, bad... last time the food was burned and today I decided to give a chance... we arrived at 8:30 and they said that are closing, despite the advice on the door and google maps tell 9 pm.
ALWAYS GOOD. Even just the side salad is So good. I've never had anything bad there. Whoever is the Chef- - Please keep it up ☝

They wouldn't make a side of wheat toast for my 6yr old daughter because it was 25 minutes before they closed at 10. I was told the kitchens already closed. We leave at 10. Then they added a gratuity because there were 6 of us, which I was going to pay more because I work in a restaurant and I just tip well no matter what but I was a little thrown off because he wouldnt even get me toast lol! Dennys customer service standards have sure dropped since I worked for them. I will not go back.
Exceptional service. A true grand slam in every facet of the breakfast game.
Quality of food is what you'd expect. What I didn't expect were simple mistakes like forgotten orders on both drinks and food and undercooked food. I had to remind them several times throughout the meal of forgotten orders and items. And when the food finally arrived after an awkwardly long wait, the sides were cold, not even luke warm, and the entree (fish) undercooked. Mind you, this is with a dining room just a shy over half full.The restaurant is, unfortunately, probably there to stay. With their direct competitor just across the street permanently closed helping them. But I would take your hard earned money elsewhere where you'll get a service and product deserving of what you'd spend.
Its an alright place to take your famioy to breakfast or dinner so give a try but dont come here 3 times a week your gonna hate it

The food was decent. The customer service not so much. The waitress didn't come over once other than to take our order and set our food down. No one even came near us yet all around us other tables the waitresses or waiters made several trips to the tables.
We ordered 55t breakfast. It was fine. Service guick and friendly. Didn't care for the coffee. Overall good experience.
Their bourbon chicken is always great and stays hot on the heated skillet.
Everything was good, but I wish they would localize the online menus a bit. 2 of the items I ordered are not available at my location, but the cook said he would try to come close & he did a good job if it. (Bananas Foster).
My family and I always visit at Denny’s but not the one here in Napa. After arriving there, there was no one in the front desk to even help us write our names down or to check in or anything. After being seated you could tell they were severely understaffed. Along with our meal my sister and I decided to order ranch, we didn’t know we were going to be charged for it because they didn’t inform us or anything. After receiving the bill we were charged six dollars for “10 oz ranch”. The ranch we had received was small and measured to be 1 oz. After receiving our bill we went to go ask a question to the lady who was at the cashier but but instead of trying to solve the issue she completely disregarded my comment and gave me attitude. Again after realizing we had been overcharged for ranch we did not even receive we went to go ask her again and like before she gave us attitude and claimed we didn’t tell her before. She even hit us with the “sweetie everyone charges you for ranch”. Aside from that my glass was dirty. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, and they honestly need to hire more people for the customers and workers sake. Do better Denny’s.
