We were in the members area and I had the special rose sparkling flight. It was very good (fruit forward, good acidity, and fine bubbles). We also had the vegan cheese plate which is delicious and wonderful for pairing with the wines.
A very beautiful and elegant property. Sparkling wine tasting was excellent, as was the cheese pairing. The local honey with the cheese plate is delightful enough to want to take some jars home with you. Our server Sean was wonderfully helpfully and friendly. Will definitely visit again!

The views were beautiful, making it the perfect place to sit back, relax, and truly enjoy the experience. Overall, a wonderful visit from start to finish.
