Bad bad bad bad. Horrible. Do not order here you will never get your food(at least if you order for delivery). I’ve ordered here multiple times, and I’ve had to wait 3+ hours every time, never even getting our food. Calling them is useless as you are sent straight to an automated answering machine. Do not order here. I am warning you. Don’t make the mistake that I did, trusting them again.

Ordered pizza from a hotel 3 minutes from the store. The order was picked up by the driver at 7:47pm and he drove 20 mins in the opposite direction and stopped at a shopping center for 10 minutes while being 3 minutes away. It took 50 minutes from picking up my order to the time it got delivered. The pizza wasn’t even warm, it was like room temperature. The driver said that they were short drivers. I would have just picked up my pizza if I knew it would arrive cold and nearly an hour after being picked up by the driver.
I called the store twice to talk to a manager and was put on hold for 20 mins the first time before I finally hung up and 5 mins the second time before I hung up.
I’m a road warrior and order Domino’s from a lot of hotel rooms… I won’t be doing that while staying in Napa.

Did my automated order over the phone and it couldn't recognize my address 3 times after giving it to the automated system so it took me to a live person. Let and behold it was a call center some where back east (india I'm assuming) gentleman didn't know any of the info I gave earlier and wanted me to start over. At that point I hung up. I probably won't ever order domino's until they get real people at the store to answer

This was a terrible experience and I am so unhappy with the food. It was so bad. Don’t order from this store, you will be very disappointed as well. The last time I order from this store was terrible and they didn’t even have what I ordered. I thought that it must be an off night. Tonight, 5 months later, even worse. The salad was actually rotten and the pizza was cold and looked like someone’s 3 year old made it. I’m will never order from this place again! It took 2 hours to get the food. Also, when I called, no one would answer the phone. There is no way to cancel the order.

Tracker says my pizza arrived, no pizza in sight. NO ONE ever answers the phone so I can't even get my money back. This is the worst dominos ever. Always get my order wrong and can never complain because no one answers, I keep ordering thinking it will get better but it's only gotten worse.
