The last 2 times I ordered dominos Napa, (we gave them a second chance and immensely regret it) it was the worst food and service I've ever experienced.. THE WORST. The driver pretty much disappeared for an hour and a half and our food arrived sat on crushed cold and disgusting.. Believe it or not, this happened twice in a row.. I'm one that always puts a tip in advance when I order online, So that had nothing to do with it. I'm an extremely good tipper.. It was unbelievable, I will never order from this place again.

I am their regular customer I ordered this pizza 1 hour ago after coming back home when i opened the box it was like then i called the store 9 times they never pick calls after 10 but google map says they close at 12:00 their staff is so rude spoiled my dinner and i have no way to get refund or any store credit or replacement pizza ruined my day

Food is good MOST of the time and giving 3 stars for that, but they need to do a better job at cutting the pizza. EVERYTIME I get a pizza I always have to break and rip it up to get a slice out. Lil ceasers does a better job at cutting the pizza.

Very dishonest. Some Caucasian guy for the longest they stated they closed at 12 midnight, despite it saying they opened until 1am.Also Then tried to over charge me for a pizza, stating they cant give deals at the store, even though it was advertised. This was several months ago!!! Finally I called and they were honest today! Must have different employees now

Sergio was polite, prompt, and professional delivering my amazing pizza to me. I loved the custom mushroom and sausage pizza with extra creamy white sauce. It was perfectly made. Very quick delivery so it was still hot upon arrival.
