Eiko's Sushi offers a delightful dining experience with exceptional service and fresh, outstanding cuisine. The seaweed salad is particularly praised as "really exceptional." The basil martinis were very good and the rolls selected were very tasty with fresh fish, beautifully presented. Special shout out for the steamed shrimp gyozas – they are perfection! Servers were friendly and food arrived promptly. Great service at the bar and big slabs of fish for sushi and nigiri. Everything ordered was delicious and the bartenders were so nice. Super fresh fish. Prices were also very generous. The miso soup was full of umami. The dumpling choices were enjoyed, with the fried shrimp dumplings being so crispy and flavorful, and the steamed ones having a juicer shrimp flavor. Healthy fries are a tempura joy! Hot, crisp, and bursting with green bean flavor. The rolls are fresh and tasty and not overloaded with rice. Comfortable and private booth seating creates a pleasant ambiance. Eiko's Sushi is a reliable choice for quality Japanese fare.
