Husband and I had an early reservation for a Saturday dinner. This was our first time, and certainly not our last. We were a little overwhelmed by the extensive menu and asked our waiter, Darren, for his recommendations. He did not steer us wrong. We started with the Wagyu Roll wrapped with rice paper, with sliced jalapenos added - so tender and tasty! We also ordered the Omakase Dinner for 2 with the optional soup and salad. The miso soup was very flavorful, and the salad had a light sesame vinaigrette dressing and was topped by a mound of umami filled chunks of shiitake mushrooms. So far, so (very) good! The shared entree came with an ample variety of various sashimi, nigiri sushi, California rolls and 2 hand rolls. $124 in total. We were satiated and very happy! Darren tended to us enthusiastically, and the food was also impeccable.
The food is amazing. Unique and delicious. We got our faves (including the Neko Chan and the Tsunami rolls) as well as a couple new ones (the Surf and Turf - amazing!). The service was great. I had mentioned it was my daughter's birthday in my reservation and she was acknowledged by the host and several waitstaff. They also gave her some birthday mochi on the house! It was so sweet and thoughtful. We are regulars, it's one of our favorite restaurants in Napa, but they always know how to make it a little extra special every time.
We love Eiko's. This time we both ordered the Bento Box lunch. It comes with Miso Soup, two pieces of California Roll, I gyoza, rice and choice of salmon, beef, chicken or veggies. Plenty of food. It's a great value. I am also a fan of their sashimi and special rolls, especially Ricky Ricardo on vacation.
Delicious food and team were lovely. The outstanding dish was the Ricky Ricardo on vacation. It's a must order. The Hamachi Bonbons were a close second and thanks to Sophia and Alison for looking after us really well.
Horrible service. Took 20 minutes to be waited on and server was so clueless throughout the whole ordering process.
The food was pretty good, we got the Tokyo Ramen and the Dan Dan noodles. The Tokyo Ramen was definitely an odd flavor, but the Dan Dan noodles were delicious. The sushi was fantastic. The biggest beef I had with the ambience was the fact that they still had Covid dividers between each of the tables which definitely took away from the vibe.
The food was served cold and the wait staff did not seem experienced. Concerned about the health safety when food is not served at the proper tempeture.
I've been there many times (my mother-in-law lives in Napa), but last night was rough. Service was extremely slow even though it wasn't busy. We had a reservation and noted it was for a birthday with two little kids, but it seemed our server forgot to put in the order. After waiting an extra 30 minutes, the kids got restless, so we cancelled mid meal and headed home disappointed.
Food and service were good but it was disappointing that 5 of the 6 orders were delivered together yet the birthday celebrant order was delivered late. The ordered item wasn't a fancy dish. It was the Godzilla roll. It took 10 minutes after the 5 orders (2 sesame chicken bento and 2 shrimp tempura bentos and 1 sushi dish) were delivered and we were eating.
The Napa valley and Komodo dragon roll are my favorite! You can't skip the spicy orange sticky ribs either, they're a must! Our server was super attentive and accommodating, definitely recommend this place 10/10

The food is great And our server was attentive and timely. The reception was cold and distracted. Our group of 4 was offered a table for 2 and when we had mobility issues were taken to the back. We corrected the hostess and it worked out. Also the menus and dishes were sort of thrown on the table rather than being placed at places. Just sloppy. But the food makes up for it!
The poke nachos were beautiful and tasty. Sushi and drinks were superb. Everything was very fairly priced. The service was outstanding!
We had a delicious appetizer of calamari, and my dining companion had the salmon, which he enjoyed. I ordered the scallops, but unfortunately, I felt like they were over seasoned in a bit salty. However, the sauce and vegetables that accompanied it were good. The desert was delicious The cocktail was great and the Service was excellent.
Visited and heard the good rep of Eiko's. Loved it! Food was great, service was quick and helpful and super nice!
We have been here 20+ times because we believe the food quality and flavors are the best. This time the crab was “grainy”, the tempora was tasteless, and our favorite item the “ 49er roll was removed from the menus. The first time we have been disappointed. We hope it was a fluke.
