My boyfriend And I ordered bagels for pick up and after 20 minutes. We got there and were told that they ran out of the bagels we’d ordered so they hadn’t started making our food. We waited around for another 15 Minutes and when we got home and opened up the bagels, our orders were completely wrong and missing a bunch of ingredients that we paid extra for. Pretty frustrating and upsetting. We tried to call to let them know but they didn’t pick up the phone.

Haven’t had this place in a few months because I forgot about it. Decided a bagel sounded good and came here before going to work. I should have canceled my order and turned around and walked out when I saw what I saw. There was a woman worker who was making the food, literally on the phone while making the food. This wouldn’t have bothered me except she touched the food with her gloves and than would proceed to touch her phone right after with the same gloves than go back to making the food. She never replaced the gloves. Thank fully she did not make my food as two other works did but honestly very gross. Not impressed. She was still on the phone while people were coming in to pick up their orders.

Only because the girl was on the phone touching her phone and touching the food.. and touching everything else. I’m sorry I understand if you’re helping because there is a rush but …. Touching your phone and then touching food that people eat 😩 maybe I’m being dramatic but that’s gross..

This was a terrible representation of avocado toast! It was basically a bagel with everything seasoning and a trace of avocado.

The food is fine but that’s where it is. This location is literally a masterclass on awful customer service. Yesterday was my third.
On previous visits they forget to put a bagel sandwich in my bag. Have to drive back 20 minutes to and from to pick it up. On a second visit I’m with my wife mid week. We walk in and nobody comes out for a few minutes. Eventually someone does and the gal has the nerve to say, “I was on my break but it’s ok, I can help you”. Seconds later a second employee comes out behind her. I worked in retail for 15 years. No need for the only two employees to take a break at once. Yesterday morning the place is super busy. The only male working is wearing an AirPod in one ear. Unfriendly. Takes my order. I go to my car and realize that again they have forgotten one of my bagels. Unless he is medically hard of hearing the AirPod thing is a major turnoff for me and as you can see, impacts order accuracy.

Leadership at this location should re establish customer service expectations at this location.

Also, labeling of the sandwiches should be required. You shouldn’t have to unwrap all the bagels to know which is which.

Very bad service bagel was not even toasted when asked I saw them throw my wife’s bagel with someone else’s and it made the flavor awful.

As a Napa local, I was genuinely excited when Einstein Bagels opened and made an effort to support them. Unfortunately, after several visits with poor customer service and consistently lukewarm food and coffee, this morning was the final straw.
Our order took an hour and ten minutes to receive. The food came out about ten minutes before the drinks, which already set things up poorly. By the time we got home, everything was cold. On top of that, the order was wrong, and one item was completely inedible due to an excessive amount of mustard on the bagel—mustard that shouldn’t have been on the sandwich at all.
I really wanted this place to succeed, but the lack of consistency and attention to basic quality has made that impossible to overlook. At this point, I highly recommend taking your business to Golden Harvest, a local bagel shop that consistently gets it right.

This place makes the most amazing bagels! I had their breakfast bagel with ham Swiss and egg every day for one week. YUMM! I also have tried their deli ham and Swiss. Double yumm!
If you are in the area, you really need to visit this shop.
