This place makes the most amazing bagels! I had their breakfast bagel with ham Swiss and egg every day for one week. YUMM! I also have tried their deli ham and Swiss. Double yumm! If you are in the area, you really need to visit this shop.

After some revision and some time has passed, as much as the rest still stands - the employees there well. They’re alright, for the most part. I don’t know if Francesca still works there, but that girl straight lied to my face. I cant stand liars, especially of that extent. I haven’t been there since. Other than that though, the other employees are pretty solid, as far as I know at least.
Mind you, the rest down below is still true, even got a new pretzel bagel sandwich thing going on there now.
On a side note, the bagels are practically kissed by Gods Grace every time, by the way. Especially the cinnamon sugar. It’s genuinely best and most cinnamon n sugar you’ll be able to find in the bay area. I’ve spent weeks comparing it to every noah’s bagels in the area, this one got documentation.
The Maplehouse never misses by the way, they got a salmon bagel thing, i know that’s important to some people i guess.
Their wraps are filled generously and taste incredibly fresh.

I had the most amazing experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels today, and I just had to share! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked bagels. The staff were super friendly, and Maddy, who helped me at the counter, was especially welcoming. She had a great attitude and was so knowledgeable about their menu.
I decided to try the classic everything bagel with cream cheese, and wow, it did not disappoint! The bagel was perfectly toasted—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—and the cream cheese was spread just right. Maddy even suggested I try their cinnamon sugar bagel next time, and I’m already looking forward to it.
Einstein Bros. Bagels has definitely earned a new loyal customer. Thanks to Maddy for such a wonderful experience!

The breakfast bagel sandwiches were so good! And a good price. Almost got golden bagel when I decided to keep looking for breakfast places and came across this one. Glad I did! Even though they were a bit short staffed and it took longer than expected, the food and price trumped that. Looks like we found our new breakfast spot. 10/10 would recommend. P.s. I was curious about the 1 star reviews so I took a peek and I just have to say, people love to nitpick and complain about the most petty stuff!

This particular Einsteins was such a bad experience. I went in the morning and the chasing charged me for something I did not ask for. When I told her she had an attitude with me and refused to give me a refund. I ended up paying more for what I got and I very upset about this. They appear to be understaffed, as the previous person taking orders stated that she was the baker and not suppose to even be up at the register. The poor attitude of the cashier I experienced and the fact I was charged more is why I would not recommend this location. Also it is very small inside so there is not much standing space for all 6 of us who were in there
