This food truck never disappoints! They have a slightly different twist than most of the other restaurants in the Valley, and that sets them apart in a good way. Their watermelon Agua fresca is amazing!

We had a great first experience with El Matador! I had some tacos and I especially loved the Pork in green sauce and the Beef Birria. The meat was so flavorful. I also enjoyed the watermelon Agua Fresca. I loved the sauces too, but the meat definitely doesn't need sauce as it's so delicious on its own. I will absolutely visit again!

Stopped here while we were passing through on a roadtrip and really enjoyed the tacos and burritos. Everything on the menu looked really good, wish we lived closer! Definitely stop by if you're looking for for some high quality, fresh & flavorful Mexican food!

I have eaten a lot of Mexican food in my life and this was probably the best chicken mole I’ve ever had. I got three street tacos and the nachos and everything was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back to try more of the delicious food offerings.

El Matador is hands down the best taco truck in Twin! Every taco was packed with bold, authentic flavors and made with the freshest ingredients. The tortillas were perfectly soft and warm, and the fillings were absolutely delicious. Their salsa options were on point, adding just the right kick. The service was fast and friendly, and the prices are great for the quality. Whether you're a taco enthusiast or just looking for a quick, tasty bite, this truck is a must-try.

Loved my food and experience here! This is my first time to Twin Falls and the first place I stopped to eat. The burritos we got were so good! I also tried both their aguas de sandía and de melón. The food and drinks were great and the owners were so nice too! You definitely need to eat here!

Best Mexican food I’ve ever had. I’m a bit of a foodie and this food truck takes the cake! I grew up in California and lived several years in SoCal, I’ve even spent a little time in Mexico, all that to say I’ve had plenty of opportunity to have amazing Mexican food and amazing Authentic Mexican food. And El Matador is by far the best authentic Mexican food I’ve ever had made by some pretty amazing people, with great customer service. They have Chorizo that isn’t so greasy that it makes us sensitive stomach folks incapable of eating and to top it off best flavor I’ve had. All their meats have amazing flavor. Great for breakfast burritos and coffee too! You can’t go wrong any time of day stopping at El Matador, don’t forget to get a refreshing Fresca while you’re there.
