When I went to eat there was hardly nothing in the taxi shell. Last time I bought chicken 🍗 it was dry and so now the chicken deal is over. They are a rip off. Period

I placed an online order a day in advance, scheduled for pickup at 11:30 AM. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I was informed that my order wasn't ready and was asked to pull to the side. After waiting for 30 minutes without any updates, I returned to the drive-thru to inquire about my order. Initially, the staff claimed they could not locate it, but after further checking, they managed to find it. Unfortunately, the order was finally delivered to me late and cold.
This experience was quite disappointing, as the purpose of ordering online is to ensure convenience and timely service. This situation has made me reconsider using the online ordering option in the future.
