Not what I expected, to start with presentation was terrible. Ordered chorizo and eggs, with hash browns. Hash browns weren't even warm. I like chorizo, in this case the quality was at best poor, and the other ingredients, peppers, onions etc , that was told by server were not included. The avocado included was badly brused, and not editable. Not that it makes a difference, I did see other plates that really looked good. To summarize, at any price, I,rate this as poor..

Easy going low key locals diner in the south Napa. We arrived at 1130am on 4th of July. Immediately seated, served, and sated 35 minutes. Everywhere else was booked or closed. Secret gem. Shop local. Stay local.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kids dishes in a homestyle dining room setting.
Parking: We parked right in front. No problems.

Ordered french dip. $18 & had barely 1/4” of meat. Meat seemed pressed, not so fresh. Au jus was super salty. Probably the worst french dip I’ve ever had. Others in town for less arenpiled hight with fresh roast beef.

We were passing through Napa and needed to eat breakfast. Whipped out Maps and found Emmy Lou's Diner. Had to go because we have a grandchild named Emmy Lou. We were not disappointed. They were fairly busy for a Saturday morning, but we were greeted and seated within minutes.They took our drink order right away and got us our menus quickly. My wife ordered the Frittata, and I ordered the Corned Beef Hash. I was a bit surprised by how quickly our food arrived. I loved that they had a variety of condiments already on the table. I loved the Gunslinger Jalepeno sauce. Both entrées were delicious. I really liked the Frittata. The coffee kept coming without having to flag down the waitstaff. Everyone there was so attentive and friendly.I used the facilities while we were there, and the restroom was spotless and well stocked. All in all it was a very nice experience.
