The Forge was a unique restaurant in Napa. Service was excellent. We ordered fish and chips. The chips were hot and yummy. The fish although a large portion was over breaded. The restaurant was very cold but we will return another time.

The pizzas were very good! I enjoyed the mushroom pizza. Our waiter was on the ball! He got us out the door as we had a wine tasting appointment. The food however, did not taste rushed. The quality was good.

We had a great, laid-back meal at Forge in Napa. I ordered a pizza, and it really hit the spot, crispy crust, flavorful toppings, and clearly made with care. The setting was casual but stylish, with a nice indoor-outdoor feel that made it easy to relax and enjoy the evening. Service was friendly and low-key, and everything just felt easy and unpretentious.

This place is going downhill. Been coming here for years and tonight was not good. Arrived to a dirty bar covered in old dishes. The bartender literally placed the menus down next to the last guests old cups. We had to move them out of the way ourselves. He refused to make eye contact with anyone and ignored the whole bar. We had to literally call him over and wave to get any service. It was not busy. He would throw his head back irritated when a new drink ticket would come in and just generally had a “I hate this job” attitude. Pizza came out barely warm like it had been sitting around a while and they forgot the side. Took us 10 minutes to get his attention for the side. We wanted to sit outside originally but the band they have out there on weekends is so unbelievably loud you can’t. The last time we came same band same problem. Ear shattering volume I heard many people complaining about the volume both times. No one was sitting outside in the nice weather because of the volume. You would think that they would get it by now and turn it down a bit. I like live loud music but this is irrationally loud.

always solid pizzas! The smoke chicken wings and shishitos are two of our favorite apps. Don't miss the watermelon salad, and we had the seasonal grilled peach salad which was delicious. Cocktails and beer are solid, and its a great spot to bring family.
Tasty food and a relaxed, friendly server made for a comfortable experience. The fireplace added a nice touch to the atmosphere. The menu leans heavily toward American fare, and within that style, it delivers well. A solid choice if that’s what you’re in the mood for.

If you’ve worked in the industry or know restaurants, you’ll spot the issues here right away. The service isn’t great whether it’s slow or busy and the kitchen is even more chaotic. On a busy day, pizzas can take anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour to reach the table. Happy hour deals are decent, but honestly, not worth the overall hassle. And if you look closely, the place isn’t very clean. We even saw a roach where there’s one, there’s always more.
