The service is at an all-time low the quality of food have gone downhill in the last 10 years and the bathroom smell like sewage. The owners are not very friendly and the prices have gone up way too high considering the quality of food and or ice cream items you get in return

Horrible, my mother and I got ice cream and a milk shake and could not eat either 0/10 for me. The lady pull out a straw that was pre-opened from under the counter and placed it in my shake. When I drank it it tasted like peanuts and I’m allergic so I had to stop drinking. And my mom ordered a snickers twister and she stated that “ they just threw peanuts in vanilla ice cream and called it snickers. She then said “ I need to throw this sheet away”.

For a chicken sandwich meal, a burger meal and a kids chicken tenders meal it was over $50! After eating the chicken, I got super sick and have been since. The ladies seemed really rushed and it was a hassle getting through ordering. Unless you want a severely upset stomach, DONT get the chicken.

Classic spot in Napa with a loyal customer base. The food honestly doesn't stand up to the hype, and has gotten increasingly more expensive over the past 5 years. You could purchase the same products from other locations in Napa for less or similar price points but get a better quality meal. That being said the restaurant itself is unique and nothing is quite like it in terms of atmosphere, similar to how Jonny Rockets and Red Robin have their own unique style of storefront.

The food is consistently amazing, and the staff is so nice! The Asian lady is so sweet and kind, and even gave us free chicken tenders because we mistakenly ordered a chicken sandwich instead of tenders. The atmosphere is really nice, it feels like you're in the 90s or early 2000s+
