Galpão Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse

It has been our second time dining at Galpao Gaucho Restaurant in Napa. Very friendly service and excellent food did not disappoint.

very unique experience. $75 per person is a bit pricey but it is money well spent for the experience and nice salad bar

Wonderful service!! We visited for my husband's birthday, and it was our very first time. Rick, our server, explained everything and took great care of us. My favorite was at the very end when we were ready for our bill he double checked if I'd tried the grilled pineapple yet. I hadn't but wanted to, so he grabbed me a fresh plate and sent over the pineapple person so that I wouldn't miss out. Great service all around, everyone was accommodating, quick to refill waters/bread. Food was fresh and delicious, good value and fun ambiance and overall great experience.

Booked dinner here to celebrate 3 birthdays last night. Our birthdays were back-to-back. First.. The host was great with checking us in. He acknowledged that we were early, but he sat us down immediately. Second.. Our host/waitress at our table acted as if she couldn't understand English and rushed us out of there. As part of our party was still eating, she came over and started collecting plates and silverware from some of our party. Our bill was over $655.00 without a cash tip. We had some alcohol orders, and both of the Hennessy Pineapple Sour was watered down. There was no taste of Hennessy in the drinks, but more pineapple flavor. When I called our waitress over to have the Hennessy drink replaced, she acted as if she was confused and couldn't understand English. I repeated myself several times to her and she "acknowledged" what I was saying and walked away, I assumed she was coming back with two Hennessy Pineapple Sour replacement. As we waited and waited, it never came. I wouldn't have said anything if it was not expensive drink.. The drink was at least $15.00+ (mind you - we had 2 Hennessy Pineapple Sour so that was at least $30.00+). Without replacing our drinks, our host decided that she wanted to rush us out of there. Some of us were not done eating, but she came around and started collecting our plates and silverware. She then asked if we were celebrating anything, and we told her we were celebrating our birthdays. My siblings and I had birthdays that same day and the next day. She brought us a dinner menu and took our dessert orders but never explained to us that we were being charged for the two-chocolate molten cake (our fault for not making clarifications with her as well). I know that this is the ONLY Brazilian steak house in the area, so I understand why there is such a high rating in stars because of the limited amount of Brazilian steak house in this area. I would not return to this locate for anything. The experience was not the best.

This place never disappoints. This level of attention and service of the entire staff going out of their way to satisfy you, is hard to find these days. And then the amazing flavors and quality of every bite, make this our family's favorite place for special occasions!

Lamb chops & rib eye are my fave! Worth the penny if you’re a meat lover. ❤️

The new Irvine location is spacious and beautiful! A must for those who love delicious grilled meat, fresh salads/veggies and desserts made for sharing. The staff are always friendly, kind and attentive. A must when in Orange County!

We went to this place out on a whim, with no reservations for dinner on our anniversary. We were seated right away in spite the fact that it was packed. We loved the whole vibe of the place, all the staffs were accomodating and friendly. Excellent service, not to mention the food was amazing! Shoutout to Diego who took care of us during our dining experience. He is the best! We’re so delighted to have come to this place and will surely come back!
