Went there to get a bite, they seemed surprised anyone showed up.

Left almost immediately.

"Under renovation"

Had dinner elsewhere.

I genuinely feel like I could have got the same quality of food at an ihop or dennys. We went for Valentine's Day so we were a little disappointed but the service was amazing. Our server was attentive and sweet

Shame the service here was so terrible I walked out before trying any of the food.
Walked into a beautiful dining area last night that was empty besides two tables taken by different parties (clearly a slow night). Was very excited to try out this week's restaurant week menu and waiting at the front as this was my first time coming. Server (who was visibly leaning on the bar, unprofessional) and bartender were on the other side watching me for 5 minutes, made plenty of eye contact while I waited for a host or server to seat me. After figuring out they were not going to acknowledge me I walked over and inquired if the seating was "Seat yourself", to which the bartender quipped that it was indeed seat yourself, and my server would be the young woman leaning against the bar. I found my table and began to read while I waited for the server to take my order. Once I read past 4 pages I knew this was not going to be a good service and would not allow this to ruin my night, or meal. When the server came to take my order, I let her know I would be taking my business elsewhere, finished my water, and walked out.
I have heard from older locals this is a great place to dine, clearly the standard has greatly fallen.

Entry to dining area was difficult to find due to closure of lobby of Embassy Suites. After walking through a construction zone our party entered the bar area where there were several tables. They lacked tablecloths and place settings. Though we had made reservations through Open Table, they did not ask our names. However, the staff was professional and courteous.

Parking: It´s a little confused, the restaurant is inside the hotel. You have to go through two lobbies to find it.

Only 1 waitress. Ended up ordering meals to go to take back to hotel room. Ordered a vegetarian bowl, was given a rice bowl, wrong meal.

We took a three-day trip to Nappa and visited a ton of wineries and restaurants. One of the nights we wanted to go somewhere that wasn't much of a walk and this had good ratings. We did NOT realize that it was located inside Embassy Suites until we got there, and at that point, we figured we'd give it a shot. This was easily the best meal that we had during our entire stay. The Banh Mi was excellent and the burger was very good as well. All this being said, as good as the food was, it came second to the first rate service that we received. Nathan was our server and did an excellent job. He provided meaningful input as to the food, was attentive, charismatic, and provided insight to the local area. We definitely would recommend to anyone/everyone.

EXTREMELY long wait time. The online order said 30-40 minutes and we waited 1 hour and 10 minutes. Order had been sitting. Cold fries as well as our entree. This was the second order we did this week. The first one was long also but the food was at least hot.

If you park in the back, you may have to walk around to the front of the hotel to walk through the lobby through the patio pond to get to Grill 29. The food is good. The entertainment is fabulous
