Entry to dining area was difficult to find due to closure of lobby of Embassy Suites. After walking through a construction zone our party entered the bar area where there were several tables. They lacked tablecloths and place settings. Though we had made reservations through Open Table, they did not ask our names. However, the staff was professional and courteous.
We took a three-day trip to Nappa and visited a ton of wineries and restaurants. One of the nights we wanted to go somewhere that wasn't much of a walk and this had good ratings. We did NOT realize that it was located inside Embassy Suites until we got there, and at that point, we figured we'd give it a shot. This was easily the best meal that we had during our entire stay. The Banh Mi was excellent and the burger was very good as well. All this being said, as good...
If you park in the back, you may have to walk around to the front of the hotel to walk through the lobby through the patio pond to get to Grill 29. The food is good. The entertainment is fabulous
