We love going to eat here unfortunately today was our first bad experience. Our server if im not mistaken her name (Serbina) or something of that nature had a terrible attitude and it was as if she did not want to be there. Got upset when we weren't ready for our drinks brought only one menu when it was 2 of us. When it was time for us to order didn't even bother to say ok thank you nothing just what would you like took our order and left. When she came back with our food dropped it off and left not even checking if we needed something else really bad experience when you're looking forward to eating your first meal of the day. Now my partner and i will definitely be hesitant on returning.

Great mexican restaurant. Always go here at least once when we visit our family in Napa. Chilling rellenos are my favorite personally but everyone in the family had something different, fish tacos, enchiladas, burritos, and they all loved their meals. They're margaritas are delicious (and strong). Highly reccomend.

I enjoyed my experience here. The menu is large and the food was very good. The service was friendly. I really enjoyed my margarita and vegetarian tostada. The chips were served right out of the fryer and were delicious! I recommend the chicken tacitos. appetizer with guacamole and sour cream. Prices are very reasonable.

Hacienda is probably the second best Mexican restaurant in Napa. The chips are salsa are tasty and made in house, and the drinks are great. I've been 3 times, but I can only recommend the chili Verde burrito—everything else is just ok. But that chili Verde is probably one of the best Mexican dishes I've ever had.

AMAZING FOOD!! And tasty Margaritas too! We come here at least once a week now! We all love the food and the people who work here are so nice - great service! The prices are pretty reasonable too! It's a fun location tucked in to a super cool retro area! Highly recommend!

I've never been to a Mexican food restaurant where you had to buy your own garnish.. I had to buy my limes it did not come with green onions limes and radishes or whatever they're called the meat was kind of tough and I had to pay for my limes.
