It was my first time dining at Heritage Eats. The service was great, and so was the food.

Old seating design was way better and more casual. Food is good but the prices aren't and the portions are small. Feels like they're trying to be some upscale tapas place when its more of a food truck vibe/quality. Won't be returning after years of coming here.

This place was so great that we chose to go back again on our last day in Napa.

This place is really nice. However, it's small and gets super busy. The hostess was incredible
and our service as well. Because it was so busy the wait time was really long and they brought out the dishes separate with long waiting times in-between. Also the chairs for the high tables are really uncomfortable. Go for the food and friendly service but expect wait time during lunch.

While the food was good and the servers were attentive, our experience was incredibly poor.

Our food was delivered to a table next to us by accident. It took the server about a minute to realize the food was at the wrong table, but by that time the other couple had begun to touch our food as well as pick at it. While accidents happen, we watched the lady who was serving them our food, apologize to them, and take our food to the back. She then told the cook to let it sit there, and they'll bring it right back out in 10 minutes (we were right next to the kitchen). They gave us food that had been touched by other customers and by that point was cold. It is incredibly unprofessional and a health code violation. We ate a few bites and left. I would not recommend eating here, if this is any indication of their professionalism.

They redid their store and passed the cost on to their customers. Used to love the papa k. $16.75. All the sudden, it's now $23! Nothing's different. Just lame.

This place was my favorite place in Napa. Easy. Great food! Why did they change things to something that doesn't even work. Really, too bad.

Oh well, plenty of other options. Maybe they can try opening ANOTHER place and build what they had before. It's pretty decent food, but is not not not worth what they are now charging.

The new Heritage is SO good! I love the Cali Crunch salad and sweet potato fries. Also was extremely impressed by the Mezze platter (hummus, babaganough and more) as an appetizer for a group. Everyone was super nice and ambience was A+

Our dining experience here at Heritage Kitchen and Taps was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming and Sharin truly elevated the entire experience for us. She was attentive, friendly, warm, engaging and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was absolutely extraordinary!

As for the food, wow was it FANTASTIC. I ordered the Thai Noodle Salad and my sister had the Shrimp Bowl. Both were absolutely delicious and so flavorful. We left full, happy, and already talking about what we’re going to try next time. We will definitely be back!

We went in the evening for dinner and had the seared fish and bao—everything was absolutely delicious! The table games were a fun surprise and kept us entertained while we waited. The service was great too—friendly and attentive. Overall, a really enjoyable experience!

ive been going to heritage since junior year of high school. my usual is marley fries because it was so good. I just got back from my trip and went to visit them after the remodel. 1. having a sit down style restaurant at that plaza kinda makes no sense especially for the location it is at. 2. the fries are still good BUT i will say them new boxes they put the food in are not my favorite. only because it captures the heat creating moisture causing the food to be wet and soggy. bring back the old to-go boxes. other than that its still good. kinda miss the old layout.
