Food is still pretty good, but the sit-down service model is slow, more expensive, and impersonal. What was wrong with the previous model? I probably come in less than half of what I used to now since the remodel.

Nice change of food style even though it is Hispanic in nature. Great flavors and choices on their menu. Great outdoor seating area. You will love this place like our family does. Very kid friendly.

I mean not bad, but can't say I'd go back. Staff was great food was just ok.
Remodel with bar is great, and happy hour sauvignon blanc for $7 was a great surprise! Jerk chicken was not quite as spicy as previous orders but still good.

Honestly even 1 star is a lot. I don't know where to start with this review I asked for a jamaican jerk chicken bowl. When I got my food and went to go eat it had pork. I asked them ahead of time no pork please I can't eat pork. When I went to complain staff and the cook looked very annoyed. Tried to convince me that it was chicken thighs that was marinated like I'm dumb. I know what chicken looks and taste like. Management needs to do better with who they hire. Awful customer service. I should at least have got a refund. At this rate they will go out of business. They need to do better with who they hire.

Generally quick service and broad menu. The food was fresh and not greasy at a really reasonable price. Portions aren't giant but very filling still.
Recommend trying their horchata. Doesn't taste super traditional but very good none the less.

I lived in the Carribean for over 3 years including 6 months in Jamaica. The Marley fries were so hot as to be uncomfortable. Jerk chicken does not need that amount of Scotch Bonnet.

For many years now it’s been my favorite restaurant for the Napa locals. It has fun options and each month seems to add a new dish. How can you not love them.
Amazing take out and now an even better atmosphere. Sit on the patio or for this night in particular, they had the NFL game on.

Wow! Simply the best smash burger I’ve ever had. And if you saw me, you’d say he has eaten a few in his life. Don’t forget the sweet potato fries!!!!! Get in there tonight.

Loved the old Heritage, it was fast, convenient, easily customizable, and had a lot of options. The new menu is limited and sit down takes longer for a limited lunch time.

They redid their store and passed the cost on to their customers. Used to love the papa k. $16.75. All the sudden, it's now $23! Nothing's different. Just lame.
This place was my favorite place in Napa. Easy. Great food! Why did they change things to something that doesn't even work. Really, too bad.
Oh well, plenty of other options. Maybe they can try opening ANOTHER place and build what they had before. It's pretty decent food, but is not not not worth what they are now charging.
This used to be one of our favorite spots to eat because the menu was very customizable to accommodate my children's allergies. Their updated look is fantastic and I love the board games at the tables! Unfortunately, their new menu is not very allergy friendly and does not allow for modifications to accommodate dietary needs. My daughter has a gluten allergy and is vegetarian, and when I asked if I could get the kids rice bowl with tofu or edamame like we used to, the server told me the only vegetarian option they had was diakon radish. I needed a dairy free sauce for my bowl, and the only option I was given was a salad vinegrette. While the food was still delicious, it was not easy to navigate with dietary needs, and the limited options are not worth the effort.
