We had an exceptional experience with Hilton in Napa. The check-in process was remarkably smooth, characterized by the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Their promptness in fulfilling requests was commendable. The room, specifically Room 218, stood out for its considerable size and immaculate cleanliness. Having traveled extensively, this room undeniably ranked among the best. Additionally, we express our gratitude for the thoughtful gesture of a complementary wine bottle, adding to the overall positive experience.

This is the best Hilton GI I've ever stayed in. So many small things combined to make your stay better. The hotel appears to be newly renovated and everything is tastefully decorated. We received a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival (for following them on IG) and enjoyed that in their game room. They have a complimentary daily Happy Hour from 5-7PM and are actually pouring decent wines made in Napa! Very nice!!

My family stayed here during our Napa trip and loved it. Staff was very nice and rooms very large. The bar serves Raymond Farms wine which was delicious. Hot coco station daily for the kids.

I stayed one night while in town on business. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was the typical HGI room. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows offered a good variety to choose from. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was also very good. No complaints. I would recommend if in the area.

The Hilton Garden Inn does not disappoint. This was my first time coming to this location and they are doing it right. Coming in I noticed that they had snacks in the lobby. Approaching the desk you would find a flyer about how to receive a free bottle of wine. I choose the Chardonnay. I had a great nights rest and had breakfast in the morning. I loved it. The chilaquiles were delicious and they had cholula which is one of my favorite hot sauce. It really tied the flavors together. I am most definitely coming back to this location. I have nothing but happy thoughts.

Superb accommodations. Unfortunately, it seems like most Hilton-associated properties are declining. They spend a ton of money on the lobbies, but the rooms are near dilapidated and dirty and gross. NOT this property. Let me tell you about it. My family and I had to book a room same-day in Napa for Christmas as my extended family got sick. There are so many options in Napa, but this location stuck out as it had a recent update (June, 2023), and was in a great location in northern Napa. To my surprise, the other competing hotels had their same higher-rates, but extremely empty, meanwhile, this hotel seemed like it was at a near full-house. The neighboring Marriott looked like a ghost town. lol. The hotel was even more amazing in person. They had a hot chocolate bar for the kids, there's a game room, warm pool and hot tub, front desk and other people there were all friendly, and the location itself was SUPER quiet and safe. Our room (220) was impressively clean. You could just tell the housekeeping staff were taking their job seriously. It smelled like a brand new room, not a flick of dust or grime anywhere, and there was a ton of space, the beds were comfy, everything was just right. On Christmas Day I spoke to an employee, thanking him for being there on Christmas. I learned from them how the hotel was paying them double-time to be there that day. Obviously, that tells me the management is taking care of their people. In turn, their people take care of their guests. We stayed for two nights. To my surprise, this was the first hotel I've stayed at since covid where housekeepers actually come into the room EACH day, not just by request. Loved that. Overall, the value at this hotel was impressively good. Whether traveling with family or just with a significant other, this is a well rounded great place to be.

Service is great. Proximity is great. I love the Find the Elf contest they had for a bottle of wine during the holidays!

Room, breakfast was good.Experience soured by the hotel charging $870US against my credit card the day AFTER checkout and after payment had already been taken out prior. After many efforts contacting customer services the charge is still held against my card over a week later

We stayed here for 3 nights and were very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating, the rooms were very clean and parking was free and easy. The app also makes checking in/out and getting into your room easy. We also enjoyed the free fruits, coffee and cookies in the lobby.

One of best hotels I have been. The service was outstanding. Kate who was at the front desk was both personable and helpful.
