My daughter & I use Hog Island as an ending location for our Napa trips. We got the 12oyster plater, Burrata & Peaches side & bread. The Burrato is roasted peach salsa, mint, Thai basil, nuts, balsamic reduction & grilled leaving. It was delicious. Their oysters are always top notch & we both love the vinegrette mix that is provided for the oysters. We like that they have an outdoor, covered eating area so my daughter can have her dog with us.
